Pros: I like it, but the parking spot is so tiny
Cons: Breakfast.
Location: Good location. It close to NIH
Good experience. Close to Washngton DC and NIC. There are a lot of fast food market around, and easy to bank such as TD trust, bank of America et.c.

We really enjoy this hotel, although was three minutes by walking to the imagination theater and it was close to a lot of good restaurants.

Small Room, Big Value

Pros: Great location. Good value: agreeable accommodations, plus breakfast and parking, all for a bargain price by big city standards.
Cons: More on-site parking (but that's probably not possible). A little more variety (more European) in breakfast buffet.
Location: Bethesda is at the doorstep with some great restaurants and interesting shops all very walkable.
Room was cozy, understated in decor but aesthetically pleasing. Happy to have a window that opened and a bathroom without a fan that runs noisily whenever the lights are turned on. Bed was comfy and there was plenty of places for all personal belongings.

Stole my charger cube

Pros: Free breakfast, fitness facility. Cheaper rates.
Cons: The exterior of the hotel looks pretty run-down. The staff should also not steal other people's property.
Location: There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. It's also near the NIH and Walter Reed.
First, the hotel itself is what you'd expect of a cheap hotel. I appreciate the fitness facility and the free breakfast. However, I am disappointed with this hotel because I was not able to get my USB cube (the part that plugs into the wall) back. I realized in the afternoon, after checking out, that I had left my cube in the room (and I am certain I left it in there because it was not in my luggage. I also know I left it on the nightstand). I called the front desk to notify them that I had left it in there so they could check the lost and found for it. I even stopped by in the evening on my way back and went to the room to look for it myself. The man at the front desk said that they did not find it. This means that someone on the staff took it. I am also disappointed that the man at the front desk did not make more of an effort to look for it and was not helpful.

Then staff was nice. I expected Mordern and new which I envisioned for the photograph of the hotel onlkne. Also i know it's not been long since the hotel was remodeled and updated. They forgot to up date the lived in hotel smell which was made worse by excessive room deodorizer

Back in time

We were visiting friends around the block and chose this inn for location. The hotel is stuck in the 1950's. I don't think anything has been changed since then, except the bathroom sink. Carpet was old, beds were old, the bathroom was old (literally except for the sink) and the room smelled moldy. The staff was pleasant and check in and out was a breeze. However, will not stay here again.

Kurztrip Washington

Location: Wir haben ein Hotel in der Nähe von American University gesucht - nur 2 Metrostationen entfernt hat das American Inn prima gepasst.
Zimmer mit 2 großen Betten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Fernseher. Für unsere Bedürfnisse voll ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und alles wird sofort erledigt.

We have very restless stay.

Pros: The front desks service is good. The convenience of the location.
Cons: The room was above the kitchen. So all the food smells come up the room &All the noise too.
Location: Nice location.
