Beware of additional hidden cost

No one mentioned that there is additional 49 USD cost for parking overnight. On key it just says 15-20% discount over lunch dinner breakfast but no one tells you unless the food is being served that it is not when you order room service. Overall it's a marketing hotel with cheap money earning ways

Great staff and great service. Anytime we asked for something it was gladly given to us. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who loves to live comfortable.

Nice room clean a comfortable , but

The hotel did had parking but you have to pay 40'dolars per day. The hotel itself isn't cheap + parking makes it more expensive. Other than that I don't have major complaints.

Amazing Get Away

Arrived late after a concert in the city, everyone was very helpful and made checking in at the late hour very easy. Everything was ready in the room just the way it should. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The room heat was not working, then the maintenance man ask if I wanted a space heater I said no. Why would anyone after they paid there money want a space heater?? No I want what I paid for. The guy that checked me in just ask for my credit card, didn't even mention about they would put a $100 hold on my card. Even my other room took a while to heat up. It was a bad experience never been to a hotel where the heat doesn't work and the front desk person don't communicate with you about everything they do containing holding a fee.

Valet parking staff are unprofessional.

It is a Valet parking only for this hotel. We pulled up to the front all the way up to the wall at the end of the drive way. When I went to check in, my girlfriend stayed in the car. One of the Valet staff that was parking another car honked at my girlfriend. She rolled her window down to see what was the matter and the employee yelled at her to move her car. The car was already up to the Brock wall and could not be moved any further. The staff again yells that she is in the way. He then oarks the car and does not communicate with my girlfriend. This is by far the worse costumer service and first impression I've ever had. I will most definitely avoid staying at this hotel in the future. Also I had reserved a room with a kitchen but instead was placed in a room without a kitchen and no adjustment on the nightly rate.

Nice & Cozy

My friend and i stayed for three days and it was very nice. It was cozy, the staff was wonderful. Also the restaurant was a plus, the breakfast was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Excellent experience

Check in effortless with friendly/helpful desk staff Laura for five day stay. I needed a small fridge, she got it theer in half an hour. Room had nice view, very clean, bath well equipped, lots of closet space. Lobby staff always greeted. Maybe only my room but wall seemed paper thin as I got couple of hours of neighbors tv, mentioned to desk on way out, never heard a peep after. Didn't eat or drink at hotel, crazy early closing hours (by Calif. standards) but it's an easy walk to restaurants, coffee houses and most places of interest. Booked enough in advance and got great Expedia discount. Good place to stay.
