Prime location. Sleep here to walk to the Mall, Old Ebbitt Grill and Cafe du Parc. Affordable too. Comfortable beds too. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. There is noise from the major street.

The property is a tad dated (the bathroom had a bit of a “damp” smell that permeated the room. But the staff were friendly, check in easy, and the location was perfect. I enjoyed my stay here with my 10 year old son.

The staff and location were great. The room had a closet door that did not lock and the key pad to the door was falling apart . It was noisy , I could hear everything g that was going on in the room above me and next door. I know I paid the lowest price but I think I deserved better!

We were allocated a room on the second floor which is right above the bus stop. Due to the windows not being double glazed the noise was a little too much at times. The ladies on the front desk are amazing and so helpful , thank you. The location is sensational and we would definitely book again if we were in Washington from Australia again.

This hotel is right at a subway station, so the public transport is very convenient. It is also close to the white house, which is very convenient for tourist. The room is a little small but very clean. The hotel provide free coffee and tea 24 hours.

The property is situated perfectly close to all kinds of food. We came for the cherry blossom festival. Everything in walking distance. Garage Parking was down the street. We probably booked the smallest room possible, felt confined. But still a great experience.

This place is safe to stay as a solo female, and the staff are nice. Right next to metro station, and walkable most of the landmark. Only thing is most of restaurant around the hotel close early, so make sure you got something to eat if you back to hotel late.

This is our preferred hotel if we go to DC by train. (Not a good choice if you'll have a car - parking anywhere nearby is expensive.) It's easily reachable by the Metro from Union Station and is very well located for local transit. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and well set up (with a desk, charging ports, etc.).. Lots of breakfast options nearby. The cost is good for the value - especially on non-work days.

This property has a great location if you plan not to stay in the room for long. I had a few issues during my stay. The TV just didnt work, and when it did it would freeze and cut out frequently. There was a lot of rain during my trip so I wasnt able to explore as much as I originally planned. I was a bit disappointed I had to use my own device to stream TV. In the morning the shower would not heat up, even after 5 whole minutes of running it on the hottest setting. The “chilled water” station only dispenses room temperature water. The room itself has the bare minimum you need for a trip, and as much as I love sustainably, the reusable soaps are gross. I’ve heard horror stories about guests defecating and doing other gross things in reusable shower soaps, so I was glad I had my own. For the price I was pretty dissatisfied and would not stay here again. This place did not meet my expectations. I am more than willing to give a 5 star review at a place that has some minor issues, but no hot water and no TV for 2 nights, and paying $500 is not acceptable to me. I will not stay here again.

Convenient location for sightseeing, without being in the hustle and bustle of tourists. Staff was all SO incredibly friendly! Rooms were smaller than anticipated, but we were still comfortable. Loved the refillable water bottle system in place, we didn’t have to buy bottled waters at all! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic downtown location in close proximity to blue and red line metro stations. Also walking distance to lots of attractions including the white house and monument. Rooms were clean, check in was easy and the services were available. The living room areas was great for working. My only recommendations for improvement would be better gym facilities and a self service laundry service.

Suite was very small. Had problems with both TV. Remote on one was missing, the other would automatically go back to menu after a few minutes. Not sure why. The hotel did offer empty water bottles you can fill and take with on walkabouts. Close in, parking at garage not affiliated with hotel around the corner, $40 a night, no in and out, only open 7 am to 10 pm.
