It would have been 5 stars except the door on the shelf was broken and the hair dryer didn’t work. However when I contacted the front desk they were exceptions and sent a new one right away. I would def stay again!! Ps the bar was great and everyone was super friendly 😃

I didnt find this place inviting at all. I didnt find the evening staff to be hospitable. I found the bathroom had hair in the tub. There are soap drippings on the sink. The pillow cases were stained. They didnt offer wifi code, inform of any available or snack services, overall seemed disonnected.

Staff is friendly and engaging, and the position of the hotel to a nearby Metro station and restaurants have plenty of opportunities to explore and eat. Only complaint was that the WiFi in rooms would only work with mobile devices.

Check in was very quick and easy. The hotel is pretty decent for the amount that was charged. The only issue I can say was the ice machine on the 4th floor didn’t work so I had to often travel to the 3rd floor for refilling. In my room, there were some outlets that did not work. The bed was pretty okay it did feel a little hard but not anything terrible. It states they have a bistro bar but I was told they only have Starbucks open. My room area and floor was quite which was great. It was a quick getaway to spend some time in DC. I would recommend staying here. They just need some minor upgrades

The staff was efficient but generally disengaged. The property didn't have a restaurant or bar, but they did have a Starbucks for some reason instead. The phone in my room didn't work for half my stay, and nothing was done to correct or alleviate that situation. The room was "fine", but at the price point the only real amenity was the free parking.
