nice hotel next to highways.

Pros: The location was great, easy access to the highways.
Cons: We got take out and they forgot to give us plastic ware. It would be nice if the room had plastic ware.
Location: There was shopping and restaurants nearby for any forgotten items and eating. The variety of restaurants was decent.
It had everything I required, a bed, a shower, electricity and a toilet.

Disappointed!!

The staff was friendly, and the room appeared to be clean, however, the coffee maker had a hair in it, the bathroom ceiling had water spots from the bathroom upstairs. The outside stairways looked like ghetto apartments. They were dirty, paint chipped everywhere. Our biggest complaint was that the pool didn't open until 4pm. That's such a waste!! We had a room that overlooked an unoccupied pool, on a bright, sunny and HOT summer day.

Bel hôtel pour court séjour

Pros: La localisation, la propreté et l'aménagement des chambres.
Cons: Quelques rénovations (entre autres, les escaliers) seraient nécessaires, et augmenter les heures d'accès à la piscine.
Location: Bons restaurants, environ 30 minutes jusqu'au centre-ville de Washington (sans trafic).
L'hôtel aurait bien besoin de quelques rénovations, mais les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très facile à obtenir (pas super bien organisé), mais tout de même très bien. De nombreux bons petits restos à proximité et le coin était tranquille. Les heures de la piscine sont très courtes par contre, ce qui n'est pas très pratique...

Shabby and pool closed

Pros: Not much, the staff was very nice though.
Cons: A lot, really. Dust the dang place and open the pool!
Location: It was convenient to area attractions and Metro which was why we booked there as well but the outdoor pool shouldn't be listed as an amentity
The lobby is dusty, furniture worn out and dinged, no fan in the bathroom (gross) and some sort of "bird call" alarm went off loudly in the parking lot all night long. And the pool wasn't even open though it was a HOT sunny day over 80*. I asked why and was told "maybe they open later". The reason we booked it was for the outdoor pool! Very disappointing.

Appreciate your concerns. Pool opening hours 4pm to 9pm Monday through Friday and 2 pm to 9pm on Weekend and holidays (Opens on Memorial day and closes on Labor Day).

I'd like to say the this first. The hotel manager did refund me. The hotel was nice, clean, staff were pleasant. The people in the room next to me should've been kicked out. Noone should be woke from a dead sleep unable to return to sleep from other people's actions. If we were not exhausted and unfamiliar with the ares, we would've left.

Gostei do hotel. Achei o valor compatível com as condições do hotel e com o que oferece. A única coisa é com relação ao atendimento que foi péssimo. K atendente foi muito grosseiro.

Bad hotel

The room was dirty, bathroom outdated, paint was pealing off and not clean. The breakfast was poor with very limited selection. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good Enough

Pros: Great location, fair price, comfortable room
Cons: Repairs are needed. From the second floor one can see parts of the roof rusting off and paint peeling away.
Location: Shenandoah Caverns, Washington's Masonic Monument, downtown Alexandria, Chuck E Cheese
Staff is minimal but courteous and informed. The hotel in general definitely needs an overhaul in terms of repairs, but the room itself was very nice, though the bathroom too small (at 6' I had to crouch in the shower to shampoo my hair). Many options for restaurants nearby, as well as touristic attractions.
