When checking in I asked for parking, I specifically asked the attendant if I needed a parking decal, she said No, and I parked on hotel property as instructed. After checking out 2 days later I found a ticket and a notice to tow on my car, over $200. I went to the desk and they were no help, but gave me the Property Manager's name and said to call the other hotel. I left DC livid with the issue unresolved. I attempted many times to call the manager who NEVER called me back. Every time I called either hotel I got very snippy responses, even telling me I wasn't supposed to know the manager's name and that I should just pay the ticket! After MONTHS of calling the hotel and the city I finally spoke to a man at the front desk who emailed me a letter for me to send to the City to cancel the ticket. NEVER did anyone apologize for their incompetency. This is literally the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. The Hotel should have refunded me the cost of the two nights I stayed there. Do yourself a favor and stay in a hotel that has a real manager, even if it costs a bit more.
