Unique hotel. Entertaining. Nice selection in and around hotel for dining, drinks, and coffee. Some of the staff weren’t friendly enough. Housekeeping could be better. Long hair in my bathroom sink upon arrival. Stingy with water. No water in room or offered upon arrival.

When we arrived the front desk was super helpful and nice! They told us to check out the rooftop bar. When we went up, we were told there was an event but we could go. The bartenders told us to scan the menu, so we took a few minutes picking out a cocktail. When we ordered, the bartender said “yeah we can’t make anything on the menu. I can make a margarita or something.” We thought that was kind of weird and the event - whatever it was - was super disorganized. The staff was friendly though, they just also seemed super confused. Then we got a late check out, and room service was banging on our door at 8 am. Not too happy with that after a late night! Overall, it was nice and we’d stay again.

I felt the hotel had good energy and the staff and all visitors looked happy. I want to visit there again next time when I visit Washington D.C.

Property is nice. But I feel a bit pricy. Onsite parking is $67 a day. Shop around other parking lots in the area better more affordable prices out there. On site restaurant Menu could use more of a selection, or daily specials.

I liked they had a restaurant and bar/club. They had a hip hop even going on so that was cool and I saw folks doing yoga. I was there for a race so it would have been great to have coffee for those heading out early. The vending machine was broken so if you wanted anything after 9pm you were out of luck. Not many spots in the area for snacks, would have had to do Uber eats so just had my leftovers. Staff was great and gave us good recommendations in the area. I'd stay here again.

Property was beautiful. Valet parking is $67 but states $55 on the site so we got it for that price instead. We paid for a Queen bed and got a full size. We know this for a fact because we measured it. Both my husband and I feet were hanging off the bed and we were shoulder to shoulder, it was very frustrating.

It was our first time in DC and at the Eaton and we loved both! The location was close to many of the tourist areas and there was a wonderful cafe attached downstairs. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. When we needed more towels the front desk was quick to send us more towels. We enjoyed both bars in the hotel very much.

First time staying at this hotel. Room was clean and nice we especially like the record player in the room that had random records you could play on the system. A unique ammenity but enjoyed it for sure! Lastly, nice size refrigerator compared to some hotels very small refrigerator. Would definitely come back here and recommend this hotel

This is a good value stay. Convenient location for tourists including public transit although we mostly walked down to the museums. Also near the sports stadiums. Room was nice, some cute hipster touches. The shower was very awkward -- you'll get soaked with cold water turning it on. The gym was sub par, not very clean and barely enough to get a cursory workout in. Forget it if someone else is there when you arrive. They offer yoga but at odd times -- what tourist wants to be around their hotel room at noon? Even 6am would be preferable. Coffee provided in lobby but no milk; steal it from the attached breakfast restaurant, which btw is not good. If you are eating there out of convenience, sign up for InKind for a discount.

FRONT DESK STAFF SUPER ACCOMMODATING, ROOM FURNISHINGS AND DESIGN ECOLOGICALLY SOUND (real wood floors, fiber rugs, nice furniture that wasn't plastic. My two suggestions for improvement: better bedside reading lamps and make-up mirror in bathroom.

What I loved about my stay was that I was able to take part in their amazing & unique wellness programming. I was there was a 4 day conference & I was really busy, walked A LOT and was around hundreds of ppl. It was great to come back to my hotel and receive a: massage, yin yoga class and enjoy the infared sauna. The staff are all very sweet & incredibly knowledgable about the services. The wellness piece was the highlight of the hotel for me, oh! and the hotel ALWAYS smelled amazing. I love the co-working area b/c the seating was comfy and apart from all the bustling on the hotel. Additionally, the restaurant in the hotel was soooo good! I wanted to explore but was too tired so I ate at Michele’s & was pleasantly surprised with how good everything was & the cocktails were strong : ) last but not least the bakery in the hotel was such a great idea b/c they sold beer & wine so if you didn't feel like leaving the hotel you didn't have to. The only thing I DID NOT ENJOY AT THE HOTEL WAS THE BED. The bed was the worse, so hard & stiff. Definitely made my body sore. Thankfully, I was able to get a massage.

Great room. Pleasant staff. Enjoyed the roof top bar. My only slight complaint was due to our later approved checkout once we got in the elevator from leaving our room and the elevator doors closed we were stuck in there, although very briefly until some one else entered. Our keys didn’t work in the elevator when we checked out. The hotel was great otherwise

1. I didn't appreciate the strong fragrance in the toiletries! Suggest to have a set of scentless options. 2. Mattress is way too soft that it hurts my back. 3. Hot water tap takes a long time to get hot.

A gem in DC. Cute and inclusive. A short walk to Metro Station. Restaurant and coffee shop next door. Rooftop bar with great view. Shower pressure was amazing and everything super cute. My AC unit didn't cool down well, was the only thing I could comment on. Will definitely return to this spot when I visit DC

Terrific location, both walkable and well connected to transit. Close to great dining and drinking as well as an easy walk to many of the sights. Very popular rooftop club on weekends, but sound wasn’t apparent from my room.

I love the decor and vibe. Staff were friendly. Good location with a lot of restaurant/bar options. The rooftop crowd was a little rowdy and the bouncers/security kept blocking the elevators walkway, talking to the customers, which was annoying. Overall, great stay.

I stayed at the Eton hotel in Washington DC and had a great experience. The place was clean and the staff was nice. The hotel is located in a lively area and is within walking distance to almost everything in downtown DC. I was able to check in a few hours early for a reasonable fee. The only issue was that I wish they had a microwave, ice machine, or a working fridge in/ near the room, that would’ve been helpful but other than that, I would consider staying here again.
