Perfect place for a short stay in Washington DC. Staff there are friendly and patient. The only drawback is that the office and the apartment are two blocks away. So it is not such suitable for travelers who have lots of luggages.

the location was wonderful for what we we needed police unity week... web site not up to speed.. deposit.. 200 not 150 crazy not organized check out 11 not 12 had to buy our own tp paper towel and the limited maid service was washing our own towels and buying dish tabs for the kitchen dish washer..

This is an apartment as the review says, but 7 of the photos shown are not of this apartment. The location is great, and walking distance to the mall. My complaints are that they only give you one key, which is inconvenient when traveling with a family. Second that they do not provide shampoo or soap. Even when staying in a condo, a little soap and shampoo are provided. Also, the toilet was flushing every half an hour. The unit is a good size. The key pick up is inconvenient. That takes about an additional hour to get into your unit. Also, there is no wifi.

It turned out to be a very nice stay. This is not a hotel. It’s an actual apartment. That was not clear on the hotels.com app. But it turned out to be a great stay.

Check-in at the hostel was baffling. Had to ring bell a number of times just to get in. We were total strangers in the city and just sent off with keys.

Washington Visit
I thought we were going to be staying at a hotel called Executive Suites Plus. Turned out it was an apartment in a building called MassCourt Apartments. Our taxi driver could not find it. When finally located we had to go to another location to pick up a key for the apartment. The apartment was on the first floor of the building and based on the heavy mold condition and condition of the carpet, it had obviously experienced flood/water damage. We exhausted a full bottle of Fabreeze over a three day stay. At a minimum, information about the true name an nature of the apartment building and the separate location to check in and pick up a key should have been disclosed in the online booking.

One thing that should be clearly communicated to potential guests: they might have to walk a couple of blocks to pick up a key and settle the bill. If I knew that in advance, I would not reserve the room.
