I stayed 2 nights during visiting DC for cherry blossom festival. I chose this ESA because it is close to H-mart and affordable price and free parking. They also provided breakfast but just provided Muffin and Oat meal and coffee and tea. Although the facility is a little bit old it looks well maintained.

Good location- located same road as small shopping plaza and only aboit 10 minites from meteo station. Room was clean. Trouble checking in and getting key to work. Reception had to program multiple times. Second day we came in and key did not work again as they did not program for the 2 days. No remote for the tv which never was resolved so we went wirhout. Only 1 of 2 days of our stay was breakfast available.

The staff was excellent. The beds (queen pull-out sofa bed) were awful to sleep on. Myself, my husband, and my 12 yr old struggled with a rough night of sleep due to the uncomfortable mattresses.

about 7:40pm and was checked in. I went into my room and there was Already a guest inside with a dog. I returned to the front desk and was assigned another room. I left the hotel and returned around midnight. When I tried to enter my second room, there was another guest in it and the door was bolted from the inside. So I had to return to the front desk again to get a third room. I didn't sleep well because I was afraid someone would try to enter My room.

Check in took about 30 minutes becuase employees didn’t know how to use the system. Hotel smells bad. Our linens were stained and when I called to have it replaced we had to go to front desk to pick it up and they gave us one sheet. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. We had three rooms and some checked out becuase they couldn’t sleep in that disgusting place

Basic but good.
Basic accommodations. Check in was easy. No billing surprises. Room was clean. Wifi worked. Hotel was quiet. Parking was easy, plentiful and free. No frills, but that is what we wanted. Will stay again.

Terrible Experiences
10 years ago I tried ESA, it was fine, so I tried again in my trip to DC. This time I felt really terrible. The smell was bad that you may notify different food in different day and time in the hall way. No blanket in the bed and you have to ask front desk. It said free breakfast in booking time, but only coffee was provided with a couple of muffin. I believe I will not choose ESA again in any of their location in the future.

I came here as a last minute resort when I locked myself out of my house late at night. Good price for this area. Although the building is showing it’s age, it was acceptable for a quick stay.

Great value and nice stay!
This is the second time staying here for an overnight stay and again I found the hotel very conveniently located close to the highway yet located in a tranquil, out of the way spot. Staff at checkin and check out was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very functional except for the bathroom sink which did not turn on. I slept well in the comfortable bed and enjoyed my visit. A great value for the price indeed!

The people were very nice. The desk person had to do laundry (which seems very nasty on management's part) but she still provided great customer service. I came in early and just wanted to see if any rooms happen to be available since I just flew 18 hours to get there. While no rooms were available immediately, she had me check back a couple hours later and there was a room. I really appreciated her help. Plus she was fun to talk to as I waited for her to check availability.
