Very impressive facility! Clean and lots to check out. Our room was good…average wear & tear. No stains on the carpet, furniture or bedding. Everything worked. Check in/out was quick and easy.
The restaurants offered a good selection of food and most of what we had we really liked.
But that's where it ends…service is a dismal failure! The 1st night was at the Old Hickory Steakhouse … drinks took at least TEN MINUTES at best! The place wasn't even half full. Breakfast the next day we went to Pienza. Greeted and seated quickly, again at least 10min for coffee and juice! Later on when we needed refills, nobody around to check up on us, I grabbed a near-by caraf to take care of it myself. And again, the Pienza was BARELY half full. Our 2nd supper and at a 3rd place-National Passtime Sports Bar & Grill…we were told a 40min wait, 30min later they called us, sat us and here we go again. Not exactly sure why it took 30min to begin with, another place that was HALF EMPTY!!! This time I timed our service. Our waiter, Mekuria, took 13min to get drinks, the next table to us, had to go to the bar to get their drinks and the next table over had NO orders taken! No managers ever came to check on our service or needs! With multiple conventions you would think they would be on top of service!
There was an issue with a parking voucher as well, but they did take care of it after a bit of a debate. They nickle & dime everything! Free WiFi was horrible, it never worked for us
