The environment was nice. The room I got was clean. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs in the lobby. The only thing I didn't like about this was finding a parking spot for my car. It took me 10-20 minutes to find a close by parking spot.
Having a suite with loads of space to move around was very welcoming especially if friends were dropping by. I enjoyed the cooked breakfast as there were lots of choices and having Starbucks in the complex was also great and gave access to Wi-Fi which the hotel does not make complimentary.
The hotel is lovely, chic with a nod to American History. The rooms were spacious and clean. However there were a few off items. 1) Our room was not ready upon our arrival after 3PM. A little frustrating after a 5 hour drive. We were told to walk around and someone would call when the room was ready. ...
Excellent hotel. Superb staff. Friendly and extremely helpful. Great location near the Metro and easy walks down King street in old town. Excellent restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.
everyone was incredibly kind and always available. it felt like having our own private staff! they upgraded us to a beautiful room with a great view of the sunset and accommodated a late check out as well. will absolutely come back on our next trip through!
Hotel was ok, less modern than I expected and not as "nice looking". Staff was kind and willing to help. You can't beat the location in relation to sights and metro access!
