Pros: Friendly and courteous staff
Cons: Housekeeping should show up earlier. Unfortunately, there is nothing to do to quiet things down except get a room away from New York ave.
Location: Walking distance to Union Station. National Mall is a quick Lyft ride.
The hotel's new. The staff was friendly. The room was clean at check-in. Unfortunately, despite us being out of the room for the entire day, housekeeping didn't show up to our room until we return after an all-day outing. We were tired and ready for a nap thus our room went uncleaned. The room we had faced New York Ave. It was very loud at night and we all had very restless nights.

Bad experience

Low service and cleaning. Bed sheets needed to be changed before we checked in!!!!!!

Front Desk

The personnel at the front desk were just as friendly and helpful as they could be.The only problem we had was that we were not told beforehand about paying for the parking...thought it was way to much.

Nice new hotel, I enjoyed it

Location: See above - Union Market
While the hotel was in a location not very convenient to public transportation, everything else about it was great. I loved the Union Market nearby for food - all kinds of food stalls and restaurants. I used Lyft a lot while I was there, but many of the drivers had a hard time finding the hotel since it's so new. The staff was delightful, and the room was lovely - my only quibble was the bit of noise from the train tracks below. Otherwise, no complaints!!

Comfortable, attractive room

Pros: Just about everything
Location: I went for the March and didn't have time to explore the location
The room was immaculate and very comfortable, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. A staff member actually came up to my room at 10pm to help me get internet access. Nice complimentary buffet breakfast, and bag breakfasts for those on the go. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much and if return to D.C. I would stay there again.

Most friendly hotel I have ever stayed at

This was one of the most accommodating, supportive, and friendly staff teams I have ever had while staying at a hotel. The hotel is almost brand new so everything is in pristine condition - the gym facilities, the pool, the lobby. It is beautiful.

Great hotel & staff close to Metro & Union station

Pros: great location, great staff. Great breakfast provided. Shuttle was a wonder feature with great staff
Cons: COLD water in shower & sink. when ask front desk was told that they would contact maintenance. Problem was not resolved
Location: great location with great access to Metro to tour Washington
Wonderful train trip to Washington site seeing with daughter & granddaughter.

Expected more from such a new hotel

Parking overpriced. Room wasn't as clean as expected given how new the hotel is. The bathroom tub had soap scum on the wall and hair on the floor. If this hotel doesn't pay more attention to the lobby floors, walls. Etc., it will be run down in another 6 months. Breakfast was out of fruit before 10am close time. Waffle maker is in the wrong place. People had to reach over each other to get batter and then toppings. Most staff members were very courteous and helpful. Not sure if I'd return.

Immaculate, New Hampton

Pros: Soothing ambiance. Great breakfast and the supervisor, Kim, provided some insider Washington and world sight seeing tips.
Cons: Free nights...;)
Location: See Union Market and Uber to all the Washington museums because driving is such a hassle in this great city.
We had a great stay. Wonderful supportive staff. Charming "Theo" directed us to a local happy hour with delicious appys made all the more delightful due to the free shuttle pick up :)
