Good location. Under construction. Lots of construction debris around. Was given a nonworking parking validation and got stuck in the garage with no one answering the intercom to help.

Very disappointed. Lobby was under construction without being informed. Room key did not work for elevator and room. Need to replace lots of time. Room was not cleaned every day. Requested change towel but did not deliver on time. Overall very poor service.

The construction in the lobby noise did carry up to bedroom Saturday Morning at 9AM. Also it was not transparent enough that parking would cost a. Extra $28 per day. The first room I was given, the Air conditioner did not work, but a maintenance person came immediately and assessed that I needed to switch rooms as the problem could not be fixed. The staff is very courteous and switched rooms for me immediately.

This property’s lobby is under construction and appears to be under-staffed. Construction can be heard through Saturday even in the third floor. They worked to make the best of it. What bothered me about the location most was the hotel safety. The stairwell up to guest rooms had a locked door that requires valid key access. That access door was propped open with a towel. The first day that we were there, I thought this was just a fluke. On the second day, I reported it. On the third day, when the towel remained and the door was unsecure I reported it again!

We asked for daily room service. Of the eight days we stayed, only two services were provided, even these were results of our repeated requests. Building has also been under renovation, noisy, messy, inconvenient to all guests. Fitness center was closed. Our experiences with some motels were better than this. Wondering how they got four stars rating reviews, paid reviews?

They did not tell us that they were renovating. Lobby was under construction. At check in they tried to give me a smaller room. Loud banging at 6am from construction. Construction set my asthma and allergies off. And now I’m sick due to it. Going to the walk in clinic because I had to call out of work. I drove 7 hours to get there and I arrived to the construction, the front desk on Friday may 22nd told me that I could go somewhere else. We were out at the museums in DC all day and when we arrived to our room at 4 pm, it was not cleaned nor did we have clean towels or bed sheets. The shower had no soap or shampoo bottles filled. We even left a $20 tip but no one showed up. Worst hotel experience ever. Treated my mother terribly on her 70th birthday. Will never go back and I want my money back.

This property is undergoing renovations and it is loud and awful!!! The water stopped working one afternoon. The wallpaper in our bathroom was peeling. The tub stopped up on the first use which means it wasn’t cleaned or they would have noticed. The headboard was so dusty that we wrote the word dirty on it. One elevator for 13 floors. They need to close during renovation. Big bait and switch!!! Do not go here!

I am currently IN the hotel. HORRIBLY HOT in the room with no way to set the thermostat lower. I dont think ive slept 2 hours all night. Allow guest to set the temperature to thier comfort level. Last time i stay here.

This property is under construction. There was only one working elevator for the entire hotel. Lobby is basically boarded up. Front desk was not able to address issues of guests. A woman was complaining there was a large dog barking in the room next to hers and wanted to be moved. They were not able to help her and unsympathetic. Manager on duty could’ve at least called the guest in the room with the dog as you aren’t supposed to leave a dog unattended in the hotel.

The beds were comfortable and room ample. Great shower. The biggest con: we stayed for two nights, and on the second day we returned to our room to find it had not been touched by housekeeping. When we inquired, we were told (1) that we were "defaulted" to cleaning every other day and (2) that housekeeping had left for the day. Well, there was zero notice of the "default" housekeeping rhythm (which meant no cleaning during our stay) either written or oral. We applaud hotels that give the option of not laundering sheets/towels to save the environment, but in this case we did not even get the garbage taken out or our beds made or coffee re-supplied. Pretty disappointing. The walls are also pretty thin: we had loud-talking neighbors who kept us up till past 2am and persisted in their conversation at volume even after we alerted the front desk and they called the room to ask them to quiet down. Bring earplugs.

The hotel room was very nice. The maids were superb! I really like the safety features the hotel added. Very well thought out. Some on the staff was not very friendly or helpful, while other were just the opposite. The parking at the hotel was just awful! The afternoon and evening staff when we checked in did not tell us that the hotel was charging $28.00 a night to park. The company that owns the parking lot were only charging about $7.00 to $8.00 each time you went in or out and $11.00 daily and $21.00 for the week, or it may have been the month if you used their kiosk machine. The hotel did not mention that at all. They wanted the extra money. If they had a been forth coming with all the details, despite the construction that is going on there. I would have given them five stars. The room we had was very spacious which we loved, yet the lack of fiduciary on behalf of the hotel turned me off. I do not think we will return. The cleaning crew again was just, SUPERB!!! We wanted to leave one night early and was told we would be charged for the room anyway. The next day, my wife refusing to accept that decision went to the front desk and the wonderful Spanish lady told us YES, we could leave early, and we would not be charged and that whoever told us that was wrong and should not have even said anything like that. Some of the staff at this hotel are just down right, liars and I encourage all to scrutinize everything before just settling for what they tell you.

I wish we had been told that the exercise room was unavailable due to major renovations going. Having said that, the alternate access to the club nearby was confusing to find. A sign indicated the need to use the "freight elevator". However, I never did find that particular elevator. In fact, when I asked one desk clerk, she finally admitted that she didn't know what a freight elevator was. When I did finally get to the exercise facility around the corner, the fob to enter the room did not function and no one was around to hep me access the room. Another issue was that there was clearly cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation system and permeated the suitcase situated nearby. We were told that it was probably from the workmen doing the renovation.

The property had construction going on inside which made it very dusty and congested. You have to make a request for housekeeping to turndown your room even though they have hanging door signs that state No Thank you, I do not need service. When requesting a blanket to be sent to the room, we were told to give him five minutes and then to come to the front desk to retrieve it. All of this could’ve been noted on their website so that patrons would be made aware of the inconveniences prior to selecting this property. Also, the HVAC unit made a constant loud noise like someone was breaking in the door. Absolutely horrible for a Hilton property, should be shut down and all patrons refunded for our inconveniences. Disgusted.

The property is under construction and house keeping never cleaned our room despite multiple requests. The first room they put us in had a horrible odor of mildew that was not alleviated with opening a window. Our room was changed without an issue, like this was a common complaint. My reservation was a pay at the property reservation and they ran my card prior to my arrival which was disconcerting. Front desk staff was apologetic and said they would take the parking charges off the bill to make up for the miscommunication and issues and this was not done. Still waiting for a call from the GM to resolve this.

The property is presently being renovated and at first they put me on the 3rd floor directly below the renovations on the ground and 1st and 2nd floor. There is a team of about 20 workman on the property and it is the worst place to stay presently. So I moved with many others to the top floors but the sound still permeates the entire building. The dust is very bad and today I tripped on the rubble in the lobby getting off the one elevator that is working. It also took 7-10 minutes that one had to wait for the one elevator that is working. In all of this the staff seem to be non-existent and my room has not been cleaned in two days even after telling the front desk twice that it needed to be cleaned. They say the work will only be completed in three months or by end of May 2024. Stay far away from this hotel until they complete the work. I have stayed in the past many times and it is great when they are not renovating.
