This is our 2nd weekend stay at this property for a dance workshop/competition. The facilities are lovely but our room was tight for 4 people with all our "stuff"...the fridge was TINY...and the room was damp all weekend. It was so bad that the box of tissues was damp to the bottom and had to be thrown away. I think there's a ventilation problem in the room which made it uncomfortable :-( The bar and restaurant were enjoyable and the ballrooms are spacious. The location is fabulous with shopping and dining in close proximity.

The images posted on Expedia for the rooms are misleading and the rooms are not quite as large as dipicted. The front desk staff was friendly however the cleaning staff was incredibly rude and the room service was beyond disgusting. Pre-ordered breakfast and they forgot the bagel 3 times before it was corrected

The dining was amazing- we weren’t going to eat in the hotel because it was expensive, but the menu, the service and especially the service was excellent! I was worth it for a wonderful experience- despite a long drive and being very tired. The staff was attentive and. Kind.

The customer service was excellent. The rooms are very outdated. They have signs everywhere stating quiet time is at 9:30 but that is NOT upheld. There was a huge group partying at the bar until midnight. You can hear everything in the rooms. I didn’t check the floor plan when booking but 10/10 don’t recommend a room in the atrium area.

Front Desk staff was seemingly dismissive. I asked about changing the channel on one of the tvs over the bar area which was not staffed. I was asked if I could wait a half hour until the bar opened. This was not the Hilton service I am used to seeing.

I went over there for a little staycation with two boys and one that’s autistic. I want to say that the option for indoor pool was a great choice for me to go there, and it just followed up with the staff being very polite. I would definitely go again.

We had an accessible room because of problems with balance and movement. The walk in shower was lovely but not matter how we aimed the water or situated the shower curtain, we stepped out to a flooded bathroom floor. That’s really dangerous but even more so for an elderly person who has balance issues even under safe conditions. Manager seemed to listen when we explained this, but honestly, an accessible room should have the best safety features before we check in. Considering the cost of the room, things should been great, not scary.

Front desk person that checked me in literally said very few words. She did not explain where anything was I.e. parking, elevators. Sat 2 bottles of water on the counter in front of me and asked for my I.D. next words were “the card reader is ready for you” placed the small folder with key cards in front of me and maybe said Thank you. Very disappointing I had to drag the information I needed out of her.

As expected did not appreciate a fifty dollar charge add on to the bill. Very standard room paid premium price disappointing. Very expensive area but lots of dining choices. Avoid hotel dining and 24/7 hospitality store extremely overpriced and mediocre. Front dress not friendly ~ all other staff professional & friendly.

The hotel room was spacious but a bit dark for my tastes because I could not turn up the lighting. The gym facilities were excellent. Dining options were limited due to the location of the hotel, however it does have free parking which is one of the reasons that we stayed there. The location is quiet overall, however the bar downstairs can seem noisy as the sound travels up the void. That said the noise didn't bother us with sleeping.
