Really needs improvement

Checked in on a Friday with my daughter and was told of the restaurant downstairs to eat. However, once we got there we were informed that they rent the entire space out to several different parties but don't hold any space for the people that are staying at the hotel to actually eat. It's more of local hangout so there is no room for the hotel patrons. Also because of this the parking is horrible. If you don't get there early and don't leave back out you will be parking quite a ways from the hotel. My refrigerator didn't work and the beds are not firm at all. Overall, I think that Holiday Inn has gone down just a little,
