Room was outdated. Free breakfast was only for two, so we had to pay for extra person.

The hotel was overall pretty good. I feel that other than the lobby, the hotel dimly lit and felt that it could have been updated. I would recommend others to stay because it was affordable for my budget

It was a decent hotel for the price. Really like the hot drink bar in the lobby

Bad dining room experience

I tried getting dinner in the hotel dining room after a long drive and just checking in. After sitting at the bar and being ignored by the wait staff for 20 minutes, I left the dining room and had to eat dinner outside the hotel. I was told by the front desk on the following day that there was no manager in the dining room area on the night I went to dinner. It is not what I usually expect at the Holiday Inn where I have stayed previously.

Really good hotel

Great value for cost of hotel stay. Nearness to most places we needed to visit was perfect.

Very nice hotel, very clean

Pros: cleanliness
It was a great hotel. It is not very close to downtown DC where I was going to go, but it was one of the most affordable places near there. it is totally clean and I really suggest it to next fella.

Really needs improvement

Pros: This will be my last visit.
Cons: The beds and the restaurant.
Location: There are lot of things nearby. The movies, several restaurants, and the mall.
Checked in on a Friday with my daughter and was told of the restaurant downstairs to eat. However, once we got there we were informed that they rent the entire space out to several different parties but don't hold any space for the people that are staying at the hotel to actually eat. It's more of local hangout so there is no room for the hotel patrons. Also because of this the parking is horrible. If you don't get there early and don't leave back out you will be parking quite a ways from the hotel. My refrigerator didn't work and the beds are not firm at all. Overall, I think that Holiday Inn has gone down just a little,

Nice hotel to get away from the city

Everything was nice and clean. The only thing was the headboard material was scratched up and peeling.
