The room was nice and breakfast was okay. The bathroom had no vent in it so the smell filled the suite when someone went #2.

The property was clean. The complimentary breakfasts were great. Lots more options than other properties that I've been to. The kitchen staff was awesome as well. House keeping was great. Overall a very pleasant stay. We didn't encounter any issues at all. Definitely a 5-star!!

This was the perfect spot of our family's overnight stay. The room was spacious, clean, and really easy for everyone to have their own space. The staff was helpful and generous, breakfast was good, really a great experience for us!

The hotel was very nice and clean. It was quiet. The only down is our room was hot. Even adjusting the thermostat to 67 to get relief it remained hot. Other than that it was a good stay.

It was stains on the carpet and it was chairs that was on the picture but wasn’t in the room but I got a hard time when asked about it and had to get my own chair out the lobby

This property has no parking aqvailable except very expensive valet parking, or on-street parking, which is almost impossible to locate in this area. (Most parking near the hotel requires a local resident parking permit!) The room was dirty and dark. We called the front desk to see if the light could be remedies. They said they would send maintenance "right up." Maintenance never came, and I literally had to put on my make-up wearing a headlamp from our camping supplies-it was THAT dark! The mattresses on both beds were very soft and unsupportive. They killed my back, and I ended up sleeping, if you could call it that, on the sofa. Tjhe hallways, elevators, and walls were filthy throughout the property, with visible piles of dirt in the corners. Avoid this hotel. I would not let my dog stay here.

Overall a nice hotel. Unfortunately the cleaning was not the greatest. There were dirty socks left behind from a precious guest. We requested an additional cleaning but the socks were never removed.

so overall everything was correct. i have stayed for 1 night for my birthday, we have fun, but only 1 staff member was not “well” her answer was very rude and unprofessional, i think her name is Anna or something ( it was new ) she was like the boss of the hotel 😂

Breakfast was good until we found bed bugs crawling on our body’s from sitting in the lobby to eat.. area is too far to walk to places, Lyft is your best option. Our friend also had to make a report about bed bugs in her bed. After they cleaned her room she was notified that they did indeed find bed bugs. She thought she was refunded, but it looks like they never refunded her.

Great hotel
Our room was clean and quiet, staff very friendly. The breakfast was great and the Wednesday social was amazing. The laundry room came in handy travelling with three kids.
