Nice hotel, great location.

Pros: Great location, quiet, polite staff, large room with wifi.
My husband and I stayed at the RL hotel for 3 nights. The room was quite large with bed, desk, dresser and large couch in living space. Small bathroom which seems to have recently been updated. Small area with mirror to get ready, did have a microwave and refrigerator as well. Only downer was the awful view of the stagnant water and rusty ac unit filling our entire window space.. we kept our blinds closed the entire trip. This hotel was within a mile of all of the major sites. The most expensive cab ride was $13 in traffic. There are plenty of great food choices within walking distance for all meals. The staff were very polite and check in was very fast and easy. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and would consider staying here again.

Dear MD, We are happy to see that you enjoyed your location and the aspects of the room accept for the roof. I am happy to say that we have anew restaurant going into the space that is below that portion of the roof. We are working with them to clean up that area and we are repainting so that it doesn't look too industrial. Please come back and stay with us again and we will get you a room on a higher floor.

Close to everything and affordable

Ask about the coupons for the breakfast next door at abp. Will safe you $ you can spend otherwise. Hotel has free bike rental which is a huge plus to get around D.C. Liked everything about that place, would come back and recommend it anytime.

Lovely hotel and staff

We only stayed a night but found everything perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was big and clean and it's not badly placed for sight seeing.

Convenient Hotel close to Metro

Location: Metro will take you anywhere. No need for a car. Fly into Reagan National and take the metro directly to hotel.
Nice, clean hotel close to the Metro in Farragut North. Most restaurants were closed all weekend. Not even Dunkin Donuts was open though being downtown that was understandable. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Our view was that of the roof with all the air conditioning structures :( Will stay again.

Pros: It is in the middle of everything - could walk to monuments and museums.
Cons: Would be nice to be able to make coffee or tea in hotel room.
Location: location for sight seeing is excellent!
Friendly and very helpful staff - always willing to make things easy, getting us transportation, giving directions and teaching us how to use the metro etc. Also very relaxing atmosphere - felt like home away from home.

Great location, friendly staff, GIANT rooms

Beautiful room! They give complimentary sangria and umbrellas as well as hold your luggage even after you check out! the staff was so helpful and attentive and took care of all my needs! The room was well worth the price! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay here again!

Nice quiet place

Nice hotel, friendly staff, most comfortable bedding/bed I've ever slept in. Close enough to walk to the must see sights but far enough away to not be in the middle of it all.

Nice w/ Thin Walls

This hotel is nice and clean. The walls seem particularly thin. We could hear the entire conversation in the room to our right, and also every single text message alert that was received in the room to our left. Room size and decor are exceptional. Bath products are great. Staff is kind and helpful, so we would consider coming back.

Don't get your hopes up.....

Pros: It has a great style.
Cons: Have better front desk staff that are actually there / answer the phones.
Location: Near lots of great shops & restaurants that make travel easy.
It looks like a lovely hotel, which it is. However, when you need to get a hold of someone, it is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Even when trying to call the front desk it just rings. At one point the door man answered because so many people were calling (probably because they were only given one towel, or one room key such as ourselves) but couldn't find anyone to help. Not to mention the toilet broke! Luckily my fiance is a handy type of man & was able to fix it but when we called / went down to find someone to at least report it, again, no one.

We have had our telephone company Windstream out here nearly every day to try to fix our telephone issues. The two phones that we have at the front desk stopped working completely. We were able to find a temporary solution until they were finally able to fix it this past Wednesday. So I am terribly sorry that we were not able to answer your call in a timely manner or even at all.
