Pros: convenience and a nice atmosphere

It was only so-so

Posted Apr 25, 2017
Pros: It smelled nice most of the time.
Location: Location was just fine.
Hotel room was very small and had no coffee machine. We asked for and received a Keurig so that worked out. Our shower had only hot water and they had to fix that, which took a couple of hours. The phone had to actually be turned on, which was strange and the valets for the most part were inattentive. The hotel just was not up to the standard I expected from Expedia.

Good Hotel, Great Neighborhood

Posted Apr 21, 2017
It is a really nice, simple and well done Hotel, that doesn't give extra frills but also did not skimp on the basics. I enjoyed my breif stay and would happily stay there again. I also really liked where it was located.

The room was terrific. Comfortable and with an outstanding view. The hotel is small but fancy. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I had a great time!

Pros: Location, convenience, staff was very pleasant. Good value
Cons: Layout of the room
Location: 2 blocks from a great selection of resturants and bars. Close to sights
Location was great, room was comfortable but small. It had the "European" bathroom with the frosted exterior door that was right next to the bed- it drove my wife crazy! Bed was very comfortable

Not a positive experience!

Posted Apr 19, 2017
There were a lot of hidden costs such as we were told parking would be only $17.00 a night and it was valet only at $45.00 a night. The beds were uncomfortable memory foam that had bad memories. There were snacks etc in the room at ridiculous prices. We were afraid to almost be in the room for fear we would be charged for extras. The restaurant was overly priced. Loved the DC experience not so much the hotel. They put a $200.00 hold on a bank card. Wouldn't consider staying here again.

Hello Janet, Please accept my apologies if we caused any confusion in regards to our valet parking pricing, which is $17 for the day, and $45 for overnight. I am sorry you didn't enjoy the Tempurpedic mattress experience. For our guest's convenience we offer a fully stocked mini-bar in every room, and the authorization covers any potential incidental charges. Regards, Thomas

Nothing special

Posted Apr 15, 2017
Room was quite small. Bathroom had transparent door. No night light. Few amenities, no breakfast or pool. A cup of coffee or a glass of wine🤔 On the brighter side-we had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant & staff were helpful. For $300 a night, probably won't be back.

Nice and quiet

Cons: The watrer pressure
Location: Take metro to get everywhere it was clean and easy to navigate
The best way Ican describe the hotel is The Great Gatsby feeling. The beds were comfortable. Employees are very friendly. The water pressure was downright terrible and the hot/cold water gauges in the shower were hard to navigate. No ice machines were available and when yoh asked for ice they give you a little bag. Plus what I did not like is you are charged $200 dollars incential fees which was not in Expedia information.
