It was not a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Our room had torn bed covers, and bath towels and ripped head boards. Breakfast was a total disappointing affair. I appreciate the technology effort they have put in for ordering breakfast in the post-COVID era. But the whole process is very inefficient and very dissatisfying to the customers. When you have no way to speak to a human in the restaurant you can't find out the choices you have to suit your dietary restrictions. Special requests made in the ordering app was not read by the staff. Food that gets delivered to you in a paper bag is cold and tasteless. This was definitely not expected from a premium star hotel like Marriott Marquis! Will never stay here again.
