Very upset! Terrible stay!!!!! Never again!

Posted Nov 2, 2016
Location: Not close to anything except a lot of traffic.
The staff cannot or will not control guest in other rooms. These other guest were very loud and the smell of pot seemed to just seep into our room from a door between rooms. This continued until well past 2 am. the front desk was called a number of times yet nothing happened. A lot of good sleep for my wife and I was lost that night.

Cons: Make sure the rooms are ready to rent.
Location: When I called into the hotel about their distance from U of M campus they told me 3/10's of a mile it turned out to be more like a 1.3 miles, not walk
Stayed with them two nights, first night I reported nats or fruit flies were flying around in the room and could they spray something to kill them. Nothing was ever done.

Reasonable price. Get a room near the front.

Posted Sep 28, 2016
Pros: Staff , price, cleanliness.
Cons: Monitor back of property for loitering or loud music/groups.
Location: In College park on Baltimore Blvd. which has many restaurants and shopping.
The price was very competitive. The staff was super friendly and helpful with directions and local dining information. My room was clean and well stocked with towels and sundries. My room which was on the back side of the hotel was constantly exposed until around midnight to the noise of the people loitering in the parking lot and outside the rooms. Music from idling cars, people on the phone and groups chatting. On my final night, my smoke alarm went off in the restroom while I was taking a hot shower and I was forced to call the front desk to get directions on how to disable it.

I specifically wanted a smoking room that was pet friendly which is what I booked then once I got there after a 3 hour drive they didn't have any smoking rooms! I didn't want to get up n go outside every time I want to smoke! I didn't even feel like arguing with them or try looking for what I already thought I had! I should be refunded my money

Bad room

Posted Aug 31, 2016
As soon as we entered the room the smell of smoke and I don't know what foul smell filled the air After only 5 minutes my son had an allergic reaction to it. I immediately went back to the lobby and told the person behind the counter what happened and how we can't stay here and I want my money back. He said he can't do that. Expedia has to do it. So I filed the claim with you guys to get my money back

Stolen Items, ghetto location

Posted Aug 10, 2016
Pros: Comfy beds, cold AC
Cons: Fire the staff, move the hotel. OK realistically, no. It is what it is and I only stayed there because I had no clue it was going to be that bad
Location: Lock your doors at all times, leave nothing in your car when you are there or your room when you leave.
One of the cleaning staff stole a kids iPhone in front of me. When he and his mom confronted her after I pointed her out and retrieved it, all my toiletries and bag were stolen fro my room that morning. The manager laughed and offered me a travel size deodorant. The area is filled with trash and crime complete with people walking through checking for open doors while you are still in the room. STAY ELSEWHERE.

Good hotel for the location

Posted Aug 7, 2016
Was a great place to stay. Although they didn't have a washer and dryer, had to travel 1.5 miles to nearest laundromat. But were very helpful staff.
