I specifically wanted a smoking room that was pet friendly which is what I booked then once I got there after a 3 hour drive they didn't have any smoking rooms! I didn't want to get up n go outside every time I want to smoke! I didn't even feel like arguing with them or try looking for what I already thought I had! I should be refunded my money

Bad room

As soon as we entered the room the smell of smoke and I don't know what foul smell filled the air After only 5 minutes my son had an allergic reaction to it. I immediately went back to the lobby and told the person behind the counter what happened and how we can't stay here and I want my money back. He said he can't do that. Expedia has to do it. So I filed the claim with you guys to get my money back

Stolen Items, ghetto location

Pros: Comfy beds, cold AC
Cons: Fire the staff, move the hotel. OK realistically, no. It is what it is and I only stayed there because I had no clue it was going to be that bad
Location: Lock your doors at all times, leave nothing in your car when you are there or your room when you leave.
One of the cleaning staff stole a kids iPhone in front of me. When he and his mom confronted her after I pointed her out and retrieved it, all my toiletries and bag were stolen fro my room that morning. The manager laughed and offered me a travel size deodorant. The area is filled with trash and crime complete with people walking through checking for open doors while you are still in the room. STAY ELSEWHERE.

Good hotel for the location

Was a great place to stay. Although they didn't have a washer and dryer, had to travel 1.5 miles to nearest laundromat. But were very helpful staff.

Good for the price you pay

We had a nice and quiet room in the back of the hotel. Considering the price, the room has everything needed.

bath tub clogged

no bathroom???

Pros: ummmmmmmmmmmm............................ ah yes refrigerator and microwave in room. Yeah!! found something positive to say!!
Cons: management!
Location: pizza hut, Maryland university. not much else
After several hours in the car we were so happy to arrive and drop the bags then head into town until they wouldn't let my daughter use a bathroom as our room was not yet ready! Nor is there a bathroom for the exercise facilities, the breakfast/dining area?? really don't understand, they told me to wait I am a registered guest and go in our room that they offer no other bathroom other than the one in your personal room??? still baffled by that? And the staff response was equally as baffling. The looked at me and responded to me like I was ridiculous to think there would be a bathroom? Breakfast sucked! they offer cinnamon raisin bagels only??? the breakfast staff was super nice! the day we left the woman ran out with a couple yogurts as we were leaving because she knew there was nothing to eat that day, no fruit, yogurt and only cinnamon bagels??? glad to leave and never going back!
