bath tub clogged

bath tub clogged, was not fixed after reporting, need to take customer complain seriously.

no bathroom???

Pros: ummmmmmmmmmmm............................ ah yes refrigerator and microwave in room. Yeah!! found something positive to say!!
Cons: management!
Location: pizza hut, Maryland university. not much else
After several hours in the car we were so happy to arrive and drop the bags then head into town until they wouldn't let my daughter use a bathroom as our room was not yet ready! Nor is there a bathroom for the exercise facilities, the breakfast/dining area?? really don't understand, they told me to wait I am a registered guest and go in our room that they offer no other bathroom other than the one in your personal room??? still baffled by that? And the staff response was equally as baffling. The looked at me and responded to me like I was ridiculous to think there would be a bathroom? Breakfast sucked! they offer cinnamon raisin bagels only??? the breakfast staff was super nice! the day we left the woman ran out with a couple yogurts as we were leaving because she knew there was nothing to eat that day, no fruit, yogurt and only cinnamon bagels??? glad to leave and never going back!

Séjour à Washington

Nous avions réservé à cet endroit 2 jours lors d'un court séjour à Washington. Il était situé à 20 minutes environ du centre Washington. Ma famille avait réservé 2 chambres, la nôtre était correct, celle des autres membres sentait le renfermé surement les tapis. Les lits étaient confortables, petit déjeuner continental de base mais correct pour le prix payé. L'affiche de l'hôtel était une banderole red roof déposée sur une autre affiche, ça donne une drôle d'impression quand tu arrives. Sûrement récent qu'ils ont pris ce motel. Ils acceptent les chiens, nous entendions aboyer à certains moments. En face, un petit resto pas dispendieux et très bons, personnel accueillant.

Hotel is far from metro

Don't stay here horrible neighborhood!!!!!!!!!! The rooms are all funky!!

Only negative was the construction being done, which was slightly irritating, but you can't fail someone trying to improve the property. Location is excellent. Staff were excellent.
