The valet service was simply awful. I paid $90 to park and waited for almost 2 HOURS to get my car from the garage. My entire travel schedule was ruined by the 2 hour delay. The hotel staff was less than helpful. They offered no explanation nor did they offer anything to make the wait more comfortable. I had to wait in the valet line outside the lobby in the cold. That experience negatively affected my stay and my impression of The Renaissance.
