Easy checkin with friendly service. Rooms were nicely kept and clean. Bathroom spotless. A big plus is the free parking. Slept three comfortably in a king suite.

AJ was very helpful at check in and help us find places to eat and things to do. The free breakfast was very good. with REAL eggs etc. I always enjoy my stay at the hotel.

The property is real good. Two things to be aware of…… 1. There is no restaurant apart from breakfast. However a rake of eating places closeby(driving). Amazon Fresh is excellent for a take out 2. No lighting outside the property at night. Very tricky and hazardous.

We drove in for a concert and it was 7 minutes from the venue. The staff is amazing, the room we had (King Suite) was perfectly sized and the kitchenette was awesome. There is a compass coffee, burger place, and grocer within walking distance or 1 minute drive. Highly recommend. Super clean, spacious, and affordable.

Multiple stays and continued satisfaction. Simply one of the best in locale, service, amenities, and overall decor. This Residence Inn never disappoints. A bit high in price, but for the quality, not bad at all.

Simply One of the Best
Never disappointed with Residence Inn, particularly this location. The best in service, accommodations, amenities, cleanliness, and accessibility to local stores and restaurants. We do wish breakfast were extended to 10am as we missed the 9am cutoff. Also Front Desk should probably ask if you’re ok staying on a “Dog Floor” as some of the barking can be pretty incessant, but we endured without much annoyance.

My wife and I stayed while visiting our daughter at GW. Perfectly located - very enjoyable walk to the mall & museums and right near the Foggy Bottom Metro. Staff here are AMAZING.

King Suite was well appointed and comfortable. Large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop. Comfy bed. Construction didn't bother us on 3d floor. Left before breakfast. Good choice if visiting George Mason U.
