Lobby was beautiful. Staff was pleasant.

We've stayed here multiple times and this last time the hotel felt run down. The lobby looks beautiful but none of the machines in the fitness center worked and our room looked tired. The picture wouldn't come up on the TV, just the sound. The toilet kept clogging and the shower faucet dripped.

Close but unkept

I at about 9pm and I was tired from driving all day so all I wanted to do was sleep so I didn't complain about the room not being very clean thus I cleaned the room. Only 2 hotel staff spoke to me the entire time I was there, which was not welcoming . I will never stay here again

Nice hotel with bright rooms , comfortable bed, has a highly professional team of staff who were exceptional; helpful, discrete, and personable. The rooms well appointed and very comfortable.

Surprising charge after check out

The experience of post stay was horrible at Sheraton, College Park. One week after checked out, a surprising charge of $250 was posted without any notice or acknowledgement. After I found the additional charge and called them, the manager said that it was for missing of compendium which has nothing to do with me. The accusation is arbitrary. The way of their treating a client is not live up to the big brand Sheraton.
