No Hot Water

Really in2016 to take a cold shower is unacceptable

Nice hotel

Pros: Free shuttles, great front desk staff, modern, clean room.
Cons: The pool is very small. Wish it were under open sky so one could enjoy it on a hot summer day.
Location: Located right next to Arlington cemetery and Pentagon. Close to good shopping with nice residential areas.
This hotel has a nice location, close to airport. Provides free shuttles to airport and Pentagon city metro station. Staff is friendly and professional. Clean room with nice views

Loved the view from my room. The shuttle to the. Metro station was a wonderful surprise with good schedule hours. The pool in the roof is also very nice. Overall it was good. The only negative was that they didn't had my room on time but were able to fix it in a timely manner.

Disappointed

Pros: The swimming pool. The shuttle drivers were very respectful!
Cons: To consider all the clients in the same way! Minimum respect towards seniors!
It seems that people who book a room through an organisation online a not considered as well as other clients. They gave us a noisy room at the third floor. Between 7-9, the housekeeper seemed to organize a meeting with the maids next door, the door open. We were awoken several times. We stayed 7 days. From 9 o'clock, many students started to discuss in the corridor. Our room was placed close to students's meeting rooms. They use rooms from the third floor as meeting rooms for different groups of students.. When we wanted to have a rest after a long day in Washington DC, it was impossible because of the noise. I travelled with a senior which made any change of rooms more complicated. The receptionnists are cold. The day before we left this hotel, we went out for dinner and there were about 50-60 students in the corridor. It was almost impossible to go through. The students were also amazed to find us having a room in the same floor as their meeting room. The last day, my mother aged 77 carried a luggage in the lobby and nobody opened the entrance oor, except a customer; It was exactly how we were considered in this hotel : second class customer! 4 years ago, I went to an hotel in Arlington area which take more care of customers. The hotel was a two star hotel! The room was clean but we were very disappointed of our stay. An experience to forget!

Unbelievable view of Washington DC

Had the most amazing view of Washington DC, the Pentagon and Arlington from the window of our room. The dine in room service was fantastic. Great food, timely delivery, Friendly staff.

Nice hotel in the center of Wash. D.C.

Pros: Very centrally located; good parking system; nice pool.
Cons: If evacuation occurs, they need to have authority people out there giving direction about what to do next.
Location: Nice shuttle to ALL things in Wash. D.C. (monuments, museums, etc.)
Nice room; very well attended each day. Unfortunately, there was a fire alarm at 2am one night. No fire.

Nice hotel with great views

Pros: Nice pool on the roof. Climate control in the rooms was easy and comfortable.
Cons: You need a hot tub spa. The temperature in the lobby was too cold. Shuttle service took awhile sometimes.
Location: We took the metro everywhere and the DC circulator. We did not hang out near the hotel.
I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone. I did wish they had a Starbucks or other type of coffee shop but my son liked their appetizer pretzels. It was easy to stay here without a car and get to everything we wanted to see because the shuttle service took us to Pentagon City to the metro. We loved the pool on the roof. We could see all of DC from there. One day it rained and I got pictures of a rainbow over the city.

Convenient location,

but the mattress might has bugs, me and my daughter both got a lot of rashes after one night sleep, and my daughter got some more every day. And there is no lamp on the desk.
