Cons: Plumbing!
Terrible plumbing and bathtub drain clogged. This motel has poor plumbing.

Good overnight stay

Clean room and comfy bed. We checked in late coming from out of town and left early. We just needed a place to sleep really. Simple breakfast available in the morning. Would stay again.

Nice and quiet area for a good rest

Pros: Location is very convenient
Cons: Lobby is very plain and simple
Location: Shopping, boating, restaurants
It was very convenient because it was close to main entertainments

Poor Excuse for a Hotel

Pros: Only the hot water.
Cons: Everything needed to be improve. See above.
This is the worse hotel I have stayed in. There are not a lot of options in Washington, but I think the Wyndam hotel chain should remove their name from this hotel. There were pubic hairs in the tub and on the floor. The tub had a large dirt ring around it. The faucets dripped constantly. The AC was noisy and was held together with tape. I don't know if the vacuum was ever run while we stayed or it just did not work. We had to ask for cups and coffee pods several times. We were questioned each time we did. This property needs a major overhaul or a complete redo. I have not stayed in a hotel that only provided 2 small pillows on the bed either. The only saving grace was it did have plenty of hot water.

Very dirty and drug dealers in parking lot

Will not go back- so dirty. Doors close at 10 and my room key would not open front door so they had to let me in every night .

AWFUL

The room was awful. Smoke alarm was missing with bare wires hanging. Bathroom sink was clogged. Although bath towel was folded on rack, it was dirty! Make up was all over it. Paint was peeling from ceiling and walls in bathroom. The only reason we stayed was there were no other rooms available in all of Peoria.

cleaning the motel

Pros: was close for what we needed, price was good, tv had plenty of stations, but didn't watch much breakfast was ok, yogurt and coffee.
Cons: new carpet and a thorough cleaning, new grout, elevator serviced, holes in parking lot fixed for luggage carrier
Location: can't tell you about things to do, funeral home was about all we cared about for proximity. several fast food in the area but we didn't partake
It served the purpose for which we needed and the price was good. However, the motel needs updated, new carpet and a thorough cleaning. the luggage carrier from the car to the motel, encountered some holes in the parking lot that I couldn't get the cart out of. Was that dried blood on the ceiling of the elevator? The elevator needs to be serviced, having to punch the buttons to get in and out of the elevator. Pressure was really low for the shower and don't know if the motel was more occupied if there would be enough hot water. We had internet service but just, kind of infuriating because it was slow! had to ask for pillows

The price was right, but

The sink needs to be updated, it shows wear(looks dirty). The mattress was to firm with a person with arthritis.
