Good Location but bad service

The hotel is old, tired and has a musty smell.
It looks good from the outside but the driveway is so small and narrow it is impossible not to get stuck in line waiting for people to get dropped off or picked up. Customer service is lacking altogether, we requested a wake up call and an employee called us 30 minutes late. When I spoke to the front desk they said, they would speak to the manager and tried to excuse the reason for the late call....right out of a Seinfeld episode. By the way, a manager never called us.
