Very elegant hotel. Staff was amazing. Very friendly. $30 daily room credit if you’re a Marriott Bonvoy member. 2 free trolley tickets and 2 free tickets to spy museum. Definitely will visit again.

The check out process is a disaster, 7 ppl waiting in the line and wait too long to just check out. I almost missed my train because of the check out time is too long. The hotel should have more efficient check out system or staff to help when it’s check out time.

The stay was fine but the staff seemed discombobulated and confused. None of them seemed in sync and often gave different answers to the same inquiry. Customer service was greatly lacking not because of rudeness, all were relatively nice, but because of lack of awareness. It was a universal issue from the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant. No cohesion whatsoever. Odd.

Lovely hotel. Great history affiliated with the property. Room was dark. Light bulb was out on the nightstand. Called several times to replace it and the team members who answered the phone sounded encouraging that someone would show up quickly…., but no one ever did. Big city so the price to pay for parking was extreme. They should give their hotel guests a break.

Awesome hotel, very elegant. The Main restaurant by the lobby was really good. Hotel is located from walking distance to the White House and has a metro station a few steps away. This is not a hotel that has amenities for the kids, so you wont see

My overall stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be that tea wasn't available and my husband doesn't like coffee, so we would have to pay for it since it wasn't complimentary. I would also suggest having a microwave in the room.

It is not the Mayflower that I am accustomed to.
Room service served in a brown paper bag, plastic utensils and paper cups. Request ignored.
Beautiful property, not holding to basic standards.
Dirty spots throughout the room, especially in the bathroom.

Love staying at the Mayflower when I am in town!! It’s a great hotel very convenient location the shopping, the White House and Mall, the Smithsonian Museums. Love the hotel bar at the end of the day!

Staff was excellent.
Highlight was that long term employees new our deceased relative who worked there for 40 years. He had retired in 2005.

I was so excited to get the opportunity to get away to celebrate my parents 57th wedding anniversary and this hotel came highly recommended.
However, if you have the misfortune of crossing paths with Logan Miller at the front desk, I hope you have the chance to turn around or wait for another person. This individual single-handedly ruined my parents stay at the Mayflower. Logan could not be bothered to answer their questions regarding the items included in our destination fee. Nor could he be bothered to help them with the issue with their TV in their room. They had to flag down someone in housekeeping.
When I approached Logan to see why he couldn't answer my parent's questions he had nothing to offer me either in terms of an explanation or his time.
Normally I am raving about all the staff and the accommodations.
But this one is a hard pass. Logan do better.
