Located on the waterfront, The Watergate Hotel is in Washington's Foggy Bottom neighborhood, an area with great shopping. Vietnam Veterans Memorial and White House are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Tidal Basin and Georgetown Waterfront Park. Check out an event or a game at Capital One Arena, and consider making time for Smithsonian's National Zoo, a top attraction not to be missed. Our guests appreciate the hotel's convenience to public transportation: Foggy Bottom Station is 7 minutes by foot.

They didn't offer a complementary/continental breakfast. I would expect something like that for $400 /night. You could get 2 eggs and a slice of bacon for $24. Lesser hotels offer that closer to the mall. The room was pretty small too. There's also the $30/day resort fee. Not sure what I got for that. Maid staff was friendly and kept the room impeccably clean
