Cons: Pool was under construction.
Location: Close to metro.
A great BIG shout-out to Ibrima & Ibraham for ensuring us a wonderful stay. I made wonderful new friends.

NO REFUND

Pros: Very friendly, two deep reception staff. I felt welcome and taken care of. As mentioned the room was nice except for the hardwood.
Location: No quality restaurants nearby. It was VERY challenging to find a good place to go. Spent an hour online. Found Hawaiian BBQ. It was okay.
While the hotel itself was great, it wasn't without issues. I realized after booking the room through Expedia that I had chosen a hotel quite a distance from the hotel and tried to cancel. Upon calling Expedia, the hold time was 9 HOURS!!!! Right. Like I'm going to wait 9 hours on hold to resolve a reservation mistake. I called the hotel, and they said there was NO way they were going to refund or work with me, that the cancellation rate would still be assessed, or the cost of the stay. Finally, trusting that everything works for a reason, I went with it. The hotel is right off BW parkway and super convenient. The room was nice and has the biggest Samsung TV I've EVER seen in a hotel room. The rest of the hotel is dated, but I must say they are progressive and fixing it up.

Nice bedding and pillows!!

Pros: The comfort and location
Cons: The fan on the heat/ac was a bit loud
Location: Not much to do nearby but great price for being only 8 miles from DC
Checked in at 11:30 after a 5 hour ride. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Great pillows:)

Not very nice

Location: DC is pretty close with lots to do. Nothing to do right by hotel.
Neighborhood isn't the greatest. The whole place had a dingy feel to it. Carpet was worn out. Elevator was substandard and very small.

Comfy spot near the DC Metro, but not rave-worthy

Great breakfast and everything was clean, but you can see remnants from a much worse for wear original. For example, the doors were very hard to open and close. The shuttle was inconsistent the two times we tried it, so we took our car to the station instead. Some of the staff is truly great, while others less so. Overall positive experience, but not overwhelmingly so.

Dificil acceso, de obras pero buen desayuno

Hotel difícil de acceder aún con navegador GPS. De obras y bastante caótico. Buena atención en recepción con personal amable. Nos dieron habitaciones adaptadas por algún problema con la climatización. Desayuno con productos de buena calidad, superior a lo habitual en este tipo de hoteles
