While the hotel itself was great, it wasn't without issues. I realized after booking the room through Expedia that I had chosen a hotel quite a distance from the hotel and tried to cancel. Upon calling Expedia, the hold time was 9 HOURS!!!! Right. Like I'm going to wait 9 hours on hold to resolve a reservation mistake. I called the hotel, and they said there was NO way they were going to refund or work with me, that the cancellation rate would still be assessed, or the cost of the stay. Finally, trusting that everything works for a reason, I went with it. The hotel is right off BW parkway and super convenient. The room was nice and has the biggest Samsung TV I've EVER seen in a hotel room. The rest of the hotel is dated, but I must say they are progressive and fixing it up.
