Staff very pleasant. Room comfortable. Arrived on Wednesday just in time for free weekly dinner buffet.

Nice Hotel

I had a great experience whiling staying at Wyndham Garden Hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the morning breakfast as well.

IN TOWN FOR A FRIEND'S BIRTHDAY PARTY

Pros: It being close in distance to the birthday I had to attend.
Cons: The elevator and security needs to monitor the floors more because there were guests smoking in their rooms in the non-smoking area which smelled.
Location: EHHHH strips malls, a few minor restaurants, and a Wal Mart nothing major.
Just needed a overnight stay. Hotel was pleasing as well as staff. The elevator was horrible. They need to get it remodeled ASAP. Also in the morning there is a major delay with housekeeping staff needing to use the elevator and guests trying to use as well. MAJOR PROBLEM. Other than that the hotel was cool.

Good Hotel for Weekend stay

Pros: Convenient location to DC , access to Baltimore Washington parkway, Md Rt. 450 & Rt. 202.
Cons: Add lobby ATM, post Cafe breakfast policy, Cafe menus for other times.

Good re-vamp of this hotel's previous life as a Howard Johnson. Re-styled lobby, cafe and rooms. Staff was pleasant and responsive to complaints; attention needs to be paid to some minor details such as these listed below: 1. Ensure that deadbolt locks work on all rooms (as lone female traveler this is important). 2. In-room safes work properly. 3. Keurig coffee maker actually brews coffee not just heat the water in the coffee maker. 4. Check or get new microwaves and mini refrigerators; mine have a melted rotator ring and a cracked interior fridge door. 5. Clearly post breakfast cost/policy for customer' edification. On the plus side staff was responsive promptly to concerns brought to their attention during stay (#'s 1 & 2, 3 through 5 were presented in a note at departure). Not a bad stay just some attention needed to details after renovation and new management.

Staff and facilities were excellent. I just didn't like the noise came from down the hallway. I'm not sure if the hotel staff were involved or just some overly noisy guests.

Nice remodeled hotel for a quick stay.

Pros: Spacious and high ceiling rooms AND nice staff.
Cons: The air/heat unit plate was quite crusty and old. Please clean the showers better. I don't like to see other people's left over hair in the tub.
Location: Good location, right off of the BW Parkway which takes you into DC, VA, or Baltimore depending on which direction you're traveling.
This is the first hotel room I've stayed in with HIGH ceilings, it was pretty cool! Hotel was remodeled nicely, we slept good.

Quiet and convenient

It was a last minute booking due to furnace failure when the weather was below freezing. I got a good rate, the room was very comfortable, and the meals from the dining area were adequate (I'm picky).

I love this place, it's very comfortable and beautiful. Also, it's very clean and modern. A great place to get away without getting away. Definitely will be coming back.
