Pros definitely outweigh the cons.

The staff is friendly and helpful, even when busy. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had, and I travel often. The free shuttle to the Metro station makes it simple to get to DC for sightseeing. The only bad thing is paper-thin walls. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Very comfortable!

We were booked on the top floor. After a couple of hours waiting for room to cool down, we called the front desk. Maintenance man knew about the cooling issues on that floor. He was apologetic and quickly went down and had us moved. He even went to that room and turned the AC on and tv on before personally coming to get us and take our bags. He was awesome!

Great Stay

Pros: The staff and the rooms.
Cons: That old elevator is the only thing that is making this hotel look bad.
Location: There are a lot of stores and good eating around. There is a restaurant on the same grounds and everything else is a short drive away.
Love this hotel and its staff. We had a one day trip from Friday to Saturday and everything was just awesome. I had just stayed at this hotel about a month ago and they remembered me. The room was clean and the stay was quite. Love this hotel.

A hotel is transition.

Pros: The staff went over and above the call of duty.
Cons: Expand the shuttle drive coverage. There needs to be airports and Downtown DC shuttle transportation.
Location: Did see much.
The hotel is transitioning from a Howard Johnson to a Wyndham. Staff was awesome.

Thank you for feedback. We apologize that we are too far away from the airports to offer shuttle service, however we gladly take guests to and from Cheverly Metro which is a quick trip into DC. Delighted to hear you received great service and had a nice stay.

Other than cleaning staff trying to enter our room at 8am while we were still sleeping, the woman pacing the floors upstairs with high heels while trying to sleep, and little to no knowledge of the metro we were happy.

They are still under renovations, after changing 2 times of room, the last one was good, no carpet, no humidity odors comfortable beds.

The hotel room was spacious, newly renovated. Good location, very clean. Just need new refrigeratora in room plus room didn't get as cool as I liked no matter temperature set on thermostat. That being said I would stay over and over again.
