“I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a wooden floor in our room rather than carpeting. The breakfast was excellent featuring real scrambled eggs and fresh berries as the fruit offering. I would definitely choose the Best Western in Morristown on a return trip.”

“I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait……

“Did not feel this hotel was up to Westin standards. The air conditioning did not work well at all in the room meaning the room stayed very stuffy and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was very small. The toilet, barely flushed and also had a crack on the bowl. Carpet was very dingy just overall not a nice place to stay, not worth the money. The location is good and it has a nice fitness center.”

“The HVAC was so loud you could use the TV at the same time. The back rooms are right on a major highway so it was loud.”

“Check in was kind of a problem, almost no rooms ready before 3pm. And then at 3 the lines to check in were too long. My sister and her family also stayed here and they only had one room out of the three that she had booked ready for occupancy. Other than that, the rooms were clean, the property was well kept, and the amenities were good. Breakfast is from 6-10am, which we all enjoyed in the morning.”

“Check in and check out was great, really friendly front desk dude. Room was great, especially the bed (my favorite part). I was sleeping but wifey went down to breakfast, she liked the eggs and potatoes. Over all it was a nice room but the pictures of the room when we booked it made it seem bigger. Stay was nice though. Will be back next time”
