This property is conveniently located to the town of Washougal and is right on the waterfront with a great walkway to get some exercise or just view the beauty of the area. Very clean and friendly staff and the breakfast is very filling and fresh.

Third time i stayed there. First 2 times, same room, same issue, torn upholstery, and shower dribbled. I reported it both times. Different room this time, water was luke warm. Told front desk about it. He said oh thats as warm as it gets, people complain about it all the time. Its our number one complaint. I wont be staying at this property anymore.

Beautiful quiet location: room was nice and big, bit needed some maintenance (broken shower head, lamp plug and dirty behind the sofa when i checked on it) was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff is excellent. Breakfast was excellent. The pool , hot tub, and sauna are excellent. That's, right, I said sauna. An excellent touch. Great location right next to a well kept park on the Columbia with walking trails and gorgeous views of Mt. Hood (my wife said it was Mt. Hood anyway) the other side of ths hotel was a nice spot to launch and dock your boat (not part of the hotel property). Pet friendly.

The room was quiet - A few things could be improved- the carpet was dirty and tattered at the entrance to the bathroom, although there were several lamps the lighting was dark and the pillows were the lumpiest I’ve ever encountered in a hotel room. Please invest in new pillows!

This property is terrible, read the fine print closely. I booked this hotel and am under the age of 21 and was denied any type of refund. I spent no more than 10 minutes trying to check in before being denied.

Last minute stop
Had to get a room as roads were closed coming back from a medical appointment in Portland. We had nothing with us for the stay. Front desk guy, gave us toothbrushes and paste. Its the little things that helped the stay better. He asked us at checkout if we needed anything else and told us safe travels back. Made an unplanned stay much better.

Very rude front desk person, calling himself a manager. Stayed there for work, setting up a wedding at the venue across the street. In the middle of a winter storm. After we checked out, he told us to leave and that we are not allowed in the lobby, we were waiting for the wedding to be over we needed to be somewhere. We Ended up leaving and staying at the wedding but the customer service was just inhumane.

It's consistent with other BW hotels I've stayed at - clean, quiet, friendly service, good breakfast. Love the coffee machine in the lobby! The hotel is next to a beautiful park by the river, close to some great dining in Camas.

Comfortable bed, great selection for breakfast, friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Could use an update on finishes and more thorough cleaning. Something was spilled down the side of one nightstand and the shower needed some scrubbing. However, overall it was clean and nice.

It’s close to a port so there’s more noise than usual. Also there was humming noise on and off from somewhere can’t really tell where from! The breakfast was okay hot and cold and we enjoyed it except it was done at 9 am!

The cleaning of the rooms were not thorough. The lady taking care of breakfast was wonderful. the front desk staff had no energy and was not very pleasant.

Didn't actually get to stay in the hotel since we had a family emergency the week prior and they would not let me cancel. Actually, I could have canceled with no refund but I'm sure they would have rented to room again! I was able to check in on our arrival date because we were close in the area that day

Ehhh! I wouldn't stay again.
A little background: I stayed here for a business trip. I was working with someone that lives local, so I didnt have a vehicle. This hotel needs a remodel. The furniture needs replacing. Carpet is old and worn. I booked the room through a website, so they gave me the handicapped room(which isn't unusual, being it's a room that tends to be unoccupied most days), but this room needed a good cleaning. Case in point, I was using the toilet and noticed a brown smudge on the side of the bowl that faces the wall. Now, it could've been pudding, but I don't think so. I asked the front desk for a thorough cleaning, while not mentioning the "smudge" and when i got back later that day, the smudge was still there. I only ask once and if it isn't resolved, I won't ask again' I'll just write a review like this. I was also told that since C19, you now have to ask for daily house keeping if you want it. This may be the norm in many places, but I would have liked to been asked when checking in.
