"Service null aber nicht anders zu erwarten. Haupteingang (zu den Zimmern) unten war immer geschlossen also wenn abends keiner mehr da ist, kann man sein Zimmer nicht mehr betreten. Es wurde renoviert, an sich kein Problem aber Zweimal während ich geschlafen hab, hat einfach jemand mein Zimmer betreten, ohne vorher zu klopfen. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert und TV Sender wurde nicht bezahlt also ging auch nicht. Mitarbeiter sind unwissend und fast nutzlos. Ich wurde bei der Ankunft noch nicht einmal...

The service in the lobby area (Emil's) was good and the choice of refreshments was good; prices reflected the ambience, cosy and plenty of seating. The room was excellent. "If you are attending anything at the Barclay Arena this hotel is essentially a five minute walk through a beautiful park to get to the venue. The hotel was newly built in October 2025 and is of concrete block construction; very minimalist look on the interior. I found the automated check-in system frustrating after a long 35 hour flight. Especially in that my booking number did not correspond with the one I had been given by a third-party company and it also did not recognize my name. Luckily a staff member was still working in the bar and was able to give me a code to print my own key card and get my room number. But be advised that you do have to do all of that yourself through a computer stand. The room I had was perfectly sufficient aside from lacking any coffee maker or tea kettle station. It also did not include a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and clean. Storage for clothing was an open concept closet with one deep drawer. Nicest addition to the room was heated flooring in the bathroom. All in all a reasonably priced, convenient safe and clean place to stay if attending any event at Barclay Arena."

"All the staff were amazing! I don’t remember the names for everyone - I can’t remember his name but the Argentinian man working those nights was amazing! The bar is 24hrs which I was pleasantly shocked by. Nina was super helpful - had a little issue with the TV & she came & fixed it no problem. Luna was also great on check in! "4 star hotel but hospitality and helpfulness of staff is underwhelming. Repeated issues with one of elevators during our stay which forced us to carry heavy bags down stairs to stay on schedule during checkout/departure. Reception desk didn't answer calls ( 5 mins of trying on two occasions). Some hardware (towel hooks?) missing in bathroom -hardware/screws sticking out of walls."
