Very old hotel.

Room was dusty and looked like it was not cleaned for a long time. Things were broken in the bathroom. Coffee tray was dirty and had stained cofee packets. Water bottles looked dirty and did not use for the whole stay. Very old hotel. The lady that checked us in was not friendly and she did not understand English. Communication was difficult. Free shuttle to some places was provided which was very convenient.

Staff were helpful & friendly. Good room. Will book again next trip to Chiang Mai.

Good place to stay, and good location. The hotel is a bit hold but very well maintain and clean. The staff is very helpful and make your stay pleasant.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Big room and big breakfast menu
Cons: It would have been better if the toilet have bidet sprays.
Location: Near a hospital and 7-eleven
We stayed for 2 nights and we were pleased with the variety of food for breakfast, the early check-in given and the easy check out. We were given a connecting room so it was really a very comfortable stay. No hassle.

Very good value for money - hotel needs an upgrade

I stayed in an Executive Club Room in low season. It was very good value given 6-8pm drinks and canapés and use of pool and gym, plus buffet breakfast. But for a big hotel it is now tired and needs internal upgrade. Everything is clean and working, staff mostly good. Location is ok but you will need a tuk tuk etc to get around.

Staff friendly but hotel is not good

The room was dirty. There was a dead moth on the sofa in the room which looked like it had been there for several days and was not cleaned. The bed is not comfortable. The room is large but outdated.
