"The shower was dirty. The towel rack, mirror, and hair dryer were all poorly secured to the wall. The door was visibly bowed looked like it had been kicked in and had only a basic knob lock with no secondary interior lock. The safe's keypad was broken; the hotel gave us a physical key as a workaround. Serious safety concerns. We checked out after one night instead of three and moved to the Coconut Hotel down the street, which was significantly better."

"Great little guesthouse in a good location. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. We got free water everyday which was nice. Plenty of parking space. Lots of noise from the guests opposite until late but I think we were just unlucky."

"We had a great week at Samui Jasmine. spacious room, plentiful breakfast. We also ate dinner at the hotel seversl times whiich was slsi nice. Pool was vlean with a view of the beach. You can use the sunloungers on the beach for free."

"The staff were very attentive. My wife and I had our 30th wedding anniversary there. They set up a cabana, which was very well priced and had dinner at sunset. An awesome experience. And the browny points I got from the wife didn't hurt. Breakfast was great, 30 seconds to the beach and pool. Price for food and drinks reasonably priced, and the Happy Hour was awesome. When you walk out of the hotel, you can walk left or right, and there are bars and restaurants aplenty. I would definitely come back again. "

"The first room they had us in was very outdated, the AC didn’t work and the bed was rock hard. We were staying for 9 nights. After the first night I went down to the front desk and asked for a room change. They showed me three other rooms and we decided to pay more and upgrade to a pool side bungalow type room with doors to the pool, and doors to the back of the room. That room was much better. The AC worked and they added a cushion to the bed to make it more comfortable. I would recommend paying extra for the ground floor pool access room. Breakfast was nice. Good selection of fruit and eggs. Their coffee machine at breakfast was nice"
