Disgustingly dirty!! Very cold! It was winter and Wisconsin was going thru the oculist weather and they kept their common areas at 58 degrees. They also kept their front doors open! The Staff was so-so! Yelled at my kids in the pool area! They were never around when I had a question. Pool area was freezing! The pool was neat and I loved the lighting in the pool. Breakfast was cheap and overrated. I could have bought what was offered from gas station across the street. The shower area in the room was moldy and dirty. The water from the shower area was leaking on the floor and then out to the rug by the door. Very dangerous for any one using the bathroom. Just an overall nasty, disgusting, yucky place! I don’t think we will ever stay here again. It’s just not warm and homey like the pics portray!!

NOT CLEAN, BLOOD, UNSAFE I hardly ever leave reviews... Don't stay here. Door latch was 3 inches off and so you could not actually latch the door... Multiple people had latches loose. The shower head would not stay up and would fall. My wife had to hold the shower head so I could actually shower. We found a pair of earrings on our bathroom counter...one friend had to get new sheets due to blood on them. Multiple beer bottles around the property and even inside the stairwell We were halfway down the hall and you could hear the elevator. Fun fact, you can hear both sides conversations around you... Our room was soooo small, our friends room was normal sized. No one is actually ever at the front desk, the morning shift was wearing PJS smoking outside Breakfast.... there was a wedding block there and they hardly any food out and most of the wedding hadnt even made it downstairs. Dont stay here I do not recommend you stay here.

While it was clean at first glance , it was an outdated hotel. The shower clearly needed some maintenance as it was just patch jobs that even those were falling apart. The extra blankets provided in the closet had a nasty smell to them. Definitely won’t be staying there again. Upon arriving, the staff member at the front was kind of rude and unhelpful with questions we had about the events taking place that weekend (reason why we were staying there.)

Cold welcome
The hotel was pleasant,clean and comfortable but as soon as we walked in the young lady at the front desk was very cold not polite did not give us any info on the wifi , breakfast hour's not a thing.after that the second half of our party came later on and we were practically interrogated on who was staying at the hotel not a very warm welcome wiil not return

There were always people (staff and as they shared with me, guests as well). smoking in the front of the property. When I mentioned the situation to front desk staff, they had every reason why they could not do anything about it.

Indifferent, unfriendly staff. No tv directions or channel lineup available. No information or maps available for the local area. An absolutely gross dark brown substance (the consistency of jelly) coming out of the ice machine on the ice. Dirty socks by the entry that had obviously been there a while. Breakfast was skimpy- no basics like bagels, no yogurt, no fruit. Been on the road for 4 weeks touring the Midwest and this was by far the worst place we have stayed.

Family vacation.
Breakfast wasn’t the best, poor selections and not very many choices. The room was kept very clean and serviced every day, better than most hotels. The grounds around the hotel was not maintained.

It looks like it is being refurbished. The lobby is nice, the room was clean. Bed was fine. Breakfast was fine. Elevator was dirty, workout room was pitiful. Equipment old and not working. Hallway smelled strongly of cat. Weeds overgrown. Hot tub not working.

The property itself was overrun with weeds, the bedroom had coffee stains on counter which could of easily be whipped clean, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The curtains were stained and discolored. The staff not friendly nor helpful.

Overall, I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Indeed, there are no eggs on the breakfast buffet, but there are hot pancakes. Persons requiring room service should instead check into a four-star hotel, which is the level of a hotel That offers room service, which is not this hotel.

The employee at check in was rude and seemed inconvenienced, we had to use the phone to call someone to check us in when we arrived. The afternoon/night employee was very nice and helpful. The pool was working but the water cold, the hot tub is STILL BROKEN! Breakfast was simple, no protein choices, but there's a McDonald right across the street and a gas station with additional overpriced choices. The hallway of the building was stuffy and smelly, the exterior area dirty and trashed (especially the outside ashtrays were overflowing). The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean, which I appreciated. Overall the most mediocre overpriced stay I've spent money on!

Woke up with water pouring out of the ceiling. After further review wasn't the 1st time it poured in the room.front desk person didn't really seem to care.. so I checked out early.. you would think they'd of came me a discount!!!!
