Nice place but after 10 or 11 at night the owners really don't any noise what so ever..if you want to go for a night out and come back late or want to watch TV late or go out after 11 for cigarette.. you'll be approached by either Avery or Niamh and basically told keep it down so I felt uncomfortable during my stay and wouldn't return..stayed 4 days and the room wasn't serviced once..I had to go downstairs and ask for more toilet roll..towels which is unacceptable

Yes we do have quiet hours between 11 pm and 8 am so that all of our guests can sleep. Due to the covid restrictions - we are not servicing the rooms per the HSE guidelines. Your room is your space

Nice location, but our shower water was so HOT we could not adjust it or stay long. Be e sure to take a converter. There was no way to charge our phones (USB port or converter that worked).

The proprietors Avery and Niamh are very welcoming warm helpful hosts. Family room very clean warm and spacious. Food excellent choices and very tasty.

Feel that the picture provided is misleading. This home is not an attractive sunshine/palm tree vacation home. The only greenery evident at this property is the postage stamp of green and the two palm trees in the photo This home is located on a very busy/noisy road. If you wanted to sit at the umbrella table shown, you would be driven indoors quickly because of the proximity to the road which is the main road in and out of town, and the inherent noise. The interior is in serious need of updating. It is noisy in the bedrooms either from the road or other patrons stomping up and down the stairs, as well the from door is very heavy and swings shut with a resounding thud each time it is used. Breakfast was okay, basic "full Irish" nothing to write home about. I have noted that this establishment gets high ratings on this and other sites, but I believe it is misleading and also that there are two other residences operated by these owners, one a hostel and one a separate site. Perhaps there is confusion as to which is which. On a positive note there is a magnificent beach "Tramore Beach" not far from this location and I would have to say that it is one positive takeaway from this stay.

Sorry Beach Haven was not 100% what you expected. We have about 14 little palm trees in our front garden just as the picture shows, unfortunately our back yard is all the free off street parking we provide for our guests. We are 5 mins walk to the beach and bustling town center. Our home is modern and stylish and every one of the en-suite has been done up fresh in 2017 & 2018. We do have a youth hostel and self catering apartments as well and all of our properties are highly rated by guests.

Stayed with my family, wife & two daughters (9 & 7), had a family room, double, single and fold-away beds in room. Decent sized room with access to the rear of the property via a patio door. Very friendly hosts, Avery and his wife. Located just on the outskirts of Tramore, easy walk to town & beach.

The owner could not have been kinder!
This B & B is not on the beach. It is a very nice facility and the kindest man in Ireland runs it! He went so far out of his way to help us and make our trip successful and pleasureable! We highly recommend this B and B, but it is not on the beach.

This place is not in Waterford so be sure you know where you are booking. We were unexpectedly given a 'self catering' unit and it was way overpriced for what it offered- and it proved to be difficult to find someone selling 'supplies' to put a meal together. The bed-and the couch - was uncomfortable and getting hot water out of the taps for the sink was a major effort- shower was fine though. Handy to have a washing machine and dryer in the youth hostel downstairs. Parking was fine as long as you were there early- a problem later in the evening. Would not stay here again.

Wonderful B and B experience!
My husband, young daughter and I were very pleased with our stay. It was comfortable and clean with exceptional service. Our only complaint would be the lack of dark curtains or window shades to block out the sunlight in the evening. Our 7 year old had a very hard time getting to sleep because of that. Tramore was a fun town with a carnival on the beach (within walking distance) that we enjoyed. Keep in mind, if you are looking for a sea view this B and B does not have one (at least not from the first floor).

Great Stay
Rooms are small but comfortable. The owners are engaging and friendly and the breakfast was quite good. They offer a continental breakfast as part of the room charge but for an extra fee you can order up about anything. The B&B is conveniently located to the beach and to town center.

During my week long vacation to Ireland b&b were not worth the money. They don't like putting the heating on to a comfortable temperature and we were cold (we stayed in 2 b&b's during our visit and they were both so disappointing. We could not get WiFi from our room only from ground floor.

This is the best place in Ireland for a sincerely friendly stay, with the owners committed to the guests comfort and well being. Excellent breakfast and sound advice on things to see and do in the area. A must stay for all visitors to the area.

Lovely guesthouse. The room was very clean and comfortable... nice big window. There's a very inviting lounge area with lots of books and brochures and nice sofa to relax while you plan your day's activities. Pancakes were a welcome option on the breakfast menu! Will stay here again.

We stayed for just one night, midweek. The house was easily found on the way into Tramore. The house and room were very clean. The room was quiet despite being adjacent to the main road, having good double glazed windows. Our one criticism was that the bed was not vey comfortable - I think it was past its best! Also, the pillows were tired and overall we did not have a good night's sleep.

What a Super Little Hotel !
We needed to overnight in Tramore and found this great little hotel on hotel.com - Avery and his wife (the owners) gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant (JD's Steakhouse) and even a complimentary voucher for Splashworld for the kids - The food was excellent, the room was lovely, the service super friendly and the value superb. I have not been in Tramore since my childhood days, but with a hotel providing great service like this, I will definitely be back !
