Excellent location but tired hotelPosted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
Cons: The rooms need a bit of renovation.
Firstly the location is excellent and the staff could not have been better. I had a very friendly lady at the reception desk. I only stayed one night but the rooms are looking a bit tired and need some freshning up. It is a standard 3* hotel in Ireland. The bed was big and comfortable but a new coat of paint would work wonders for the room. Breakfast was excellent so much choice and very tasty. Overall I would stay again when I factor in the value for money and location.

Hotel across from Port of WaterfordPosted May 14, 2015
Pros: The view of the port
Cons: everything, rooms were small and dirty.
Location: port was nice.
There was no air conditioning, even with the window open and two broken fans provided by management, hotel room was hot and stuffy. There were no plugs near the bed, they were all across the room. Hotel was able to provide an extension cord so my breathing equipment could be used during the night.

Great stayPosted May 8, 2015 on Hotels
A lovely night away with my family, including 18month old, enjoyed the bistro and swimming pool and right in the centre of Waterford.
