The hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though it said smoke free. The tub was slow draining so we stood in water taking a shower. Our door key kept not working.

We stayed in room 223 and the toilet was turned off when we arrived. Tried turning the water back on to the toilet ourselves only to find out the toilet constantly ran. Ended up filling a trash can with water and manually flushing it after each use. And aside from the drunk at the counter hassling the clerk when we were checking in, it was relatively quiet. Id stay there again if in the area.

The pool is not heated!!!

Was looking forward to kids swimming but heated pool was so cold they wouldn't even swim...VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! If pools not heated don't claim that it is.

The motel was fine, the staff are a compliment to the business, particularly the young lady who worked then 3-11 shift. She went well above and beyond and should be recognized as a asset to your operation. We also enjoyed the restaurant next door.
