Two days at Casino

Pros: EVERYTHING - food ~ staff~ Decor~ CLEAN
Cons: Casino no big hits and lost some money but OH WELL! Everything else was perfect
Location: NEVER LEFT the Hotel Plenty to do, lots of places inside, rooms were large and comfortable, lots of sitting area for chatting, STAFF was GREAT!
Hotel was beautiful & clean NO ISSUES at all! Staff was over-the-top friendly. Excellent Food at Lone Wolf, Buffet and Bakery. Staff greeted us in the halls, restrooms and all over Casino & asked "if we needed anything" FRIENDLY, Helpful, Kind, NEVER ONCE SEEN ANY STAFF ON PHONES OR IN GROUPS TALKING!!! VERY nice we will go back every 6 months at this rate VERY HAPPY!

Not clean

Very unclean and dusty hotel dust is all over you love you phone to charge next morning you need a to wipe it done before you can use it. Valet parking stay away from it it takes them 20+ minutes to get your car.

Rooms are big, prices are cheap

Cons: The gym could be improved, and the staff is not the most friendly
My kids and I stayed at this location a number of times when it was new but the smoke that permeated the walls got to be too much. Fast forward 7 years, smoking in the rooms or the lobby is not banned, and the odor is gone. Room haven't been renovated in all that time, but they hold up. Can't beat the price. The gym leaves something to be desired, but there's Roc Fit about a mile away which I use. Rooms are VERY quiet.

Pros: Great location. Clean. Nice pool and fitness center. Easy to park. Room rate was reasonable.
Cons: The rooms need some updating. The carpet in our room had a couple of holes. The walls look kind of scratched up.
Location: Well, this is a casino.
While the room was clean, I was disappointed to see a couple of holes our room's carpet. Also the walls looked a little beat up. I guess it's time for the operator to update the rooms.

Would recommend to family.

Pros: Loved the room and view. Staff attentive.
Cons: On entering lobby one of my first impressions was cigarette smoke from the casino. Not a pleasant sensation! Security too loud AM slamming doors.
Location: Perfect location for me. Family near-by for 4th of July reunion.
My only complaint was the bathroom floor. This was brought to house-keepings attention. She told me it was spilled paint that wouldn't clean up. It was my impression that grout had been smeared about when the floor was recently repaired. The effect was when you stepped into the bathroom you were following a farmer just in from the fields. I actually tried to wipe it up. House-keeping was right! It would not budge. Looked like it needed serious abrasion to remove.

Road Trip

The room was very clean and large, the bathroom was clean and large as well. The staff were top notch. The two not complaint I had was the cigarette smell that's common at Casinos. Although our room was non-smoking, the cigarette smell from the Casino does make its way into the elevators, hall and slightly into the room. Otherwise an excellent review.

Old and dirty

Pros: Close to water park.
Cons: It needs to be completely remodeled.
The carpeting was so worn in some places (and not worn at all in others) that it appeared to have two different patterns of carpet on the floor. There were throw pillows on the bed that were stained with what appeared to be a "milky fluid" and a similar "spill" was on one spot on the floor. I thought the smell of cigarettes was contained to the lobby until I took a shower: stepping out, I smelled it again, it was everywhere. The room had a ceiling fan that was unreasonably noisy, could not be used while sleeping. The room was big, the beds were fine, the bathroom was fine, and the hotel was nearby the water park, but in the end, it was not worth it. I would rather drive a few more minutes and stay in a nicer, cleaner, newer hotel. It is almost laughable that they require a $50 "room deposit," since their rooms are in such poor condition.

The stay itself was great but for some reason the billing is inaccurate. I am being charged $200 for a $90 room on a card that I never even gave my information for. I booked it with my credit card but my debit card somehow got charged instead and over double the price plus there was a deposit of $50 that I had to pay and my account shows the transaction was made twice. Not happy about this! Now I have to spend my evening making calls to figure out how and why a card was charged without me giving the card information. I assumed the deposit was refundable as well but i got nothing yet and I'm being charged twice!
