WatervlietPosted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: The air conditioning worked, the breakfast/coffee was good. The location was close to the expressway.
Cons: The pool and game room should be cooler. The pool should not be an extra charge when the room price is high enough.
Location: There is a nice farmer's market close by, towns of Watervliet/Coloma are down the road.
The toilet over flowed when we came to the room. The pool was too warm, hot tub was closed, and shower at the pool didn't work. The game room was too hot to use. Except for the toilet, the room was comfortable (able to turn up or down the air conditioning) and everything worked fine.

I booked the hotel through Expedia and paid. After I come back home the hotel charged me again.

Very clean and convenient.Posted Jul 11, 2015
Pros: Location, cleanliness, and peace and quiet.
Cons: Full service restaurant.
Hotel staff especially the front desk personnel were very helpful. Great little full service restaurant, Mill Creek Charlies, located next door, recommended by one of the young ladies at the front desk, was excellent. Very quiet room and the location is great for many beaches in Southwestern Michigan.

It was great. Not only was it not very expensive but the beds were queen size. The breakfast was excellent and the water park for our grandchildren won us over. It was so much fun for Both of them. Thanks for a very pleasant stay. If needed we would stay again. Mrs Elaine Spies

misunderstanding!Posted Apr 7, 2015 on Hotels
after we checked in and started to get dress into our swimming suits another family walked in on us, it was my birthday and at that time I was in my birthday suit, very embaressed. the hotel put two different families in one room, the hotel ended up putting them into another room and fixed it but we notice there wasn't any towles and bath soaps and they fixed that problem 6 hours later that night, and our second bed had no sheets on under the blankets. otherwise the hotel is nice and clean.

Nice for businessPosted Feb 9, 2015 on Hotels
Friendly check-in but my room smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was typical with a good selection of hot and cold items.

Clean & spacious, but could be better.Posted Jan 18, 2015 on Hotels
Horrible weather conditions resulted in my stay here last minute. The rooms are big and spacious as well as maintained. Breakfast was good. The bed is firm and not very comfortable. The heater took over 2 hrs to heat the room. Request a room on the opposite side of the expressway if you are a light sleeper. I do not understand why they would not install soundproof windows.

Great Family Get-Away!Posted Jan 13, 2015 on Hotels
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was even good! The staff were friendly and helpful, even with a hotel full of soggy, squealing kids. It wasn't super cheap, but it was worth it for a quick stay-cation.
