Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you found our location comfortable and the staff does make sure to keep the rooms as well as the property in clean and comfortable condition.
As soon as check in you can notice that the hotel is kept clean, but not very homey. The owners of the hotel seemed to want to get you in & out. Didnt get catch breakfast, but only the door in the lobby work. So bringing in all luggage was a long walk & hassle. They tied the lobby doors shut at night so im assuming its a bad area.

we have short of employee that purpose we close our main door on nighttime, and this is safety concern.This town is not bad town.

Worst weekend ever.
Given a room that wasn’t really clean, horrible stains on the curtains, stains on the bedding. Started a shower and shower head was not really functional but it was late so I continued. Tub would not drain, water was ankle deep the next morning. I asked and was given a different room which was functional but not well kept either. The most disturbing part of the stay was everything was shut down around 9:00 pm and a sign up saying “We be back”, doors were blocked with a luggage cart and a power cable wrapped around the entry doors. There was one other car in the parking lot I assume was another guest but no signs explaining who or how to contact someone of there was a problem of any kind. Nobody there and nobody cared either. We have stayed at the facility at least 8 times and never had this kind of experience, we don’t intend on giving this place ever a 9th visit, there are many other choices and we will go there.

We were the only visitors there. Pretty sure this was living quarters for a lot of families. Not that that's a bad thing but people kept coming in and out all night. The front door was locked with an extension cord. The bed was very bouncy and you could feel every spring. Most lights didn't work or had to be screwed in to work. The smell was clean but very fragrant it was nauseous. We were going to spend two nights but checked out at 5am the next morning because it was just too much. Would not recommend.
The staff was extremely rude. We rang the bell and called multiple times and nothing. Thankfully we had a friend who stayed was staying here and already checked in let us inside. I had to bang on the staff door just to get someone up front. Then he cared more about the fact that we woke him up vs helping us check in our room. He then said they canceled our reservation and that I should consider myself lucky I can still stay there. We finally get to our room. The shower has no water pressure and the AC will not stay running. Never again will I stay here. Also they do not serve breakfast

I was checked in a room with AC that did not work. The manager changed a room for me very quickly. But the new room had very dirty pillow case and towels. The manager was willing to find replacement, but he struggled to find clean ones from the laundry room. I wonder if the hotel just recently changed ownership or something that they are still figuring out how to run a hotel properly. There were people hanging out on the parking lot not sure what they were doing. The hotel has strong detergent smell in the hall way.

your reservation credit card was decline and we have intercom phone outside also we have Ring on front door if you here you should look at sign on door.
I would suggest that Comfort Inn needs to inspect the property more regularly. We stayed with other Comfort Inn, but this one is well below on staffing level and other amenities. They may try hard, but extremely low staffing level just cannot keep up the place its reputation.

we are sorry for your unconvinced we try to hire front desk and housekeeping but no one want to work but we work hard to reach your expectation.
The toilet was clogged so they gave us a different room. This room had a terrible cigarette smell. The night lights didn’t work or they were missing. There was mold in the bathtub.

Chech in was easy and fast. The room was not cleaned properly. The sheets on the bed were used and dirty. Found condom rappers on the floor next to the bed. Then on the third night someone tried to break in through the window. Worst stay ever. I will not be staying at comfort inn anymore.
Hotel was sold and we were turned away. Had to drive around to find another hotel while on the phone with Hotels.com customer service waiting for them to find us a new hotel. Call was disconnected and never received help from Hotels.com. Then spent triple the money for a room because it was car week in Monterey. Why I was sent a reminder on 8/14 about my stay when the hotel wasn't accepting customers is completely unprofessional. Everyone should call the hotel first and not rely on any information provided by hotels.com. I'll have to wait 72 hours to see if they will make this right.
The only thing I liked was the location since it was close to where I needed to be. Other than that it was NOT worth $150 a night. The towels, couch, and pillows had stains on them.

I had called with a question and had the person who answered cut me off and then hang up on me AFTER having to call several times until someone finally answered, too. Once there, I called the front desk as well and got no answer. It's ok, I guess. The room isn't bad just don't go expecting decent customer service.

No daily room cleaning, shut down breakfast early, poorly staffed
The only good part about our experience here was the Woman working at the Front Desk because she was quick at service and checking in. The cleanliness of the hotel room (not including bathroom) was decent. The worst part was that the toilet wasn't flushing properly since we checked in and the hotel was booked so there was nothing the workers can do about it other than give us a plunger. My family and I had to use the bathroom in the lobby the whole time. The TV also was not working properly since we got there too! I hate writing so negatively about businesses but I hope nobody had the same experience we did at a hotel over $200 a night.
