Friendly staff and they were able to provide anything extra we forgot to bring. My kids stayed with me and they gave us extra towels, that was nice!

Great place.. asked for a view of Granite Peak and got a nice one. Super clean. Nice open room. Good food nearby. Next trip to Ski at Granite Peak I will stay there again. Great restaurant inside the hotel as well. My son and I really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was lovely! However, we had several maintenance issues with our room. The staff dealt with them right away and were truly terrific, though, you can tell the hotel is aging a bit and in need of some basic repairs. Our heater didn't work the first night and then the automatic blinds didn't work the second night. It's incredibly accessible to the ski hill across the street which is why we stayed. Again, staff were magnificent, but the hotel does definitely need some TLC for it to stay great.

Amazing rooms... super spacious and the huge windows give a great view of Rib Mtn. and Granite Peak ski area. Staff was very friendly and the lobby and property are beautiful. Good food in the restaurant and friendly bartenders in the bar. Highly recommend!

A beautiful facility with easy access and great views of Rib Mountain. Staff is consistently really friendly and competent. Even the parking lot is beautiful. Restaurant one of the best in Wausau.

Outstanding. Newer property with numerous modern amenities, including plentiful, well located charging stations, 24/7 snack store, floor to ceiling windows, and clothing storage bins. Very spacious rooms.

It was a very nice, very large hotel room in a very nice hotel. The cleaning staff did a poor job vacuuming before my arrival, so I took some tissue and picked up the sunflower seeds from the carpet.
