Downstairs features an awesome rec room with a bar, tables, and chairs that features a large sliding door to walk out to the lake frontage. The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed. The downstairs also has one bathroom with a shower. If you prefer to use a blow up mattress, you may bring your own and there is ample space downstairs to sleep.
Outside features a fire place, picnic table, and ample yard space on the side and back of the house. A private retreat with mature trees to the north and a fence to the south. A few short steps to the lake brings you to the dock with great fishing and a bench for relaxing and taking in the view. Sandy frontage all along the shores that drops off quickly at the end of the dock for cannon-ball competitions.
