Nice hotel and convenient location

Pros: Very quiet.
Cons: nothing
Location: Close to highway and points of interest.
This hotel has everything. Good breakfast, friendly staff, pool is good for all ages, good location.

Overnight for anniversary celebration

Hotel was basically comfortable but outdated and the facility was somewhat depressed looking.

Pros: location
Cons: the Breakfast. It was all white. Healthier
Location: We were there for a mountain bike race. The location was good. Starbuck's was close.
OK, for the price. It was just OK. The bathroom door had pieces of wood missing of it. The mirror on the bathroom door wasn't in good shape. The bed was ok, pillows were not comfortable, seemed cheap.

We had a terrible experience.

Pros: They let us check out and receive a full refund for the next night.
Cons: This hotel provided a room to us that was unacceptable. Anything they would do to the rooms would be an improvement!
Location: The location was near a park and shopping.
We found our room in terrible condition. The door had dents in it from battering, the security chain was missing, the furniture was old and worn, there weren't enough towels and the towels we had were tattered and mismatched. There were holes in the walls where pictures had once hung. The blanket was torn. The television was old and didn't really work except for a channel or two. The box springs for the mattresses were dirty. We had a non-smoking room that smelled unpleasant. The walls were thin and our neighboring guests were rowdy late into the night. Overall, a horrible experience and would recommend that you NOT stay there.

Sad Day for Pool and Shower Lovers

Pros: The overall rooms for the price were decent. It was also a great location: close to the highway.
Cons: Wireless internet, showers and more communication if the pools are down.
The pool and hot tubs were down due to some cleaning that needed to be done because the lady at the desk said "The pools were sick and needed fixing." No where on their hotel website (or on Expedia) did it say the pools were going to be closed. It sounded like they had been closed for awhile. Why would this not be advertised? Wireless was only somewhat good. Depending on what part of the room you sat in, you could get their free wireless. It wouldn't connect to Facebook at all. (Facebook was up....just not for my computer apparently.) Finally, the showers were nothing to write home about. Usually one of the best parts of going to a hotel (admit it!) is the fabulous showers that are in the rooms that you wish you had at home. Not this time. Very little water pressure. Good heat. Just... an ok shower. I was happy to get home and take a shower in my shower.

We can apologize again for the pool not being open, and let you know it was listed on the sites that it was closed due to renovation, unfortunately, it does not display clearly on the sites. However, we can now state that the pool is finally open! What a nightmare for everyone, especially after discovering the company delivered the wrong paint and we applied it after draining the pool. so we had to go through it again. It was upsetting to many people. We are reviewing all details of your issues to see what else needs to be done to ensure it does not happen in the future. I hope you will try us out in the future.

Pros: Location was very important to me. The tower room had a great view.
Cons: Communication needs some work. The woman at the desk I talked to should have followed through to check on the cleaning of my room.
Location: There is a wonderful park 1 mile away.
The room was comfortable and appreciate a refrigerator and microwave. My biggest disappointment was to have no cleaning of my room on the day before I checked out. I inquired about this at the front desk and she assured me that the room would be cleaned. I left the room at 2:30 and returned at 9:00 at night to my garbage cans not emptied, no new towels. I told the front desk upon my check out and he said I'll tell housekeeping.

Not worth the headache

We arrived to be told the pool was being painted which was not disclosed prior even though they claimed it was... The only staff member that was polite, positive, and helpful was Hannah... The rest including the manager, Robert, were rude. The bar and restaurant were closed before 8 even though the CURRENT WHITE BOARD WITH THE DAYS SPECIAL said till 9. Our room was small, bed sucked, there was leftover soap bars in the bathroom, hair on the sink, and the toilet was NOT clean. Very disappointed ruined the one 'vacation' we were going to have this summer.

Location: We were just passing through.
Booked the hotel specifically because it has a lounge and restaurant. Both were closed over Memorial weekend. We were not given any indication while booking that either would be closed.
