“Rooms smelled dirty and like wet dogs. Videoed a crawling bug on the bed sheet, cigarette burns on sheets. Linens unclean. One of the rooms key card wouldn’t work and they only had one key to open it which we had to go to office to request. Not safe , chain not available on door to keep intruder out. No amenities except junk doughnuts and few pieces of fruit. No cereal, juice milk. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Expedia should not advertise this place.”

“Staff is excellent . Breakfast is very good. Common areas of hotel seem well maintained. The rooms have been updated with very nice kitchens and bathrooms.However, there were stains on the ceiling and paint needed touching up in our room. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but all the doors in the room needed a good scrubbing. And a general dusting of the lamp shades and furniture.The mattress in the sofa bed needs replacing and the queen bed mattress had stains.Bed sheets had some stains as……

“The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!”
