Great location, mediocre to poor customer service.

Housekeeping did not clean our room and we left the room at noon and came back at 10 pm. That was ten hours they had to clean the room. We had to request fresh towels etc at 10 pm. Then the next morning, the day we are checking out, housekeeping bangs on our door at 7:45 am on Sunday morning. That made no sense. Then when all I wanted was to get a receipt at checkout, the only person at the front desk was too busy on a phone call obviously with housekeeping discussing which rooms had checked out, which still needed servicing, etc. all while I had time to take my bags to my car and come back. Also, someone had spilled scrambled eggs in the only elevator and after at least two hours, it had not been cleaned up. They were all missing the forest for the trees. :(
