Dear Guest, We are so sorry your stay was not pleasant. The only request we had from your room was to fix the TV, which you informed us you did as we were on our way up the stairs. We had no requests for irons, blow dryers or first floor room. We did have rooms downstairs which we would have gladly put you into. Once again we apologize for you stay not a good one.

The desk clerk asked you not to follow him as he knocked and possibly would be entering another guests room once the guest was awake. We apologize for any inconvenience. We cannot control the alarms people bring with them, but we do try to minimize the inconvenience to other guests.

Dear Guest, I apologize for any confusion. We are not able to offer a paper receipt for your reservation. You actually paid expedia so they would e-mail you a receipt. We can offer a proof of stay, but no payment information is included on that page.

Dear Guest, With all the lodging options available, I find it hard to believe you stayed in a dirty hotel. Furthermore we were "rude" because we had to address your behavior. You were charged because we had to pay for damages from your behavior.
